    Nurse Next Door Home Care
My mother recently had a fall and now needs someone each morning. I talked to and then met with Jeff who is very nice both on the phone and then in person. The whole process has been very pleasant and professional, and things are going well.

    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

    O'Donnell, Dr. Margaret
I recommend them. The wait time fluctuates. Very caring, the nurse practitioners are awesome, they listen, they are hands on, the office is just excellent. My entire family goes there, my parents down to my kids, so 3 generations. The wait time does vary because they do emergencies, but usually we get a very quick response.

    Solimene, Dr. Alyssa
Alyssa Solimene has relocated to another Family Practice in central Jersey (Dr. Richard Corson's in Hillsborough, NJ) and I nonetheless drive outside of my local area in order to have the benefit of her outstanding competency and caring. Ms. Solimene is exceptionally knowledgeable about a full spectrum of maladies, takes time with patients in order to establish a thorough picture of what is going on, and uses common sense in treatment plans. In addition, she teaches other nurse practitioners in training when not serving patients in the office. She is a gift to anyone in need of medical assistance and has provided expert care over many years to me and my wife and my now grown daughters.

    Karen, Cook A.
She does listen very well. She is very caring. My wife had cancer a number of years ago and that's how we met Karen. She used to work in an oncologist's office. We actually got to know her there and we have known her since the mid 90s. She is very caring and keeps up her standards as an oncology nurse. Her availability has actually gotten better since she left the last doctor's office and moved in here. Her office environment is very nice. She tries to be on time. It used to be horrible when she first started there. We mentioned it to her, but then she explained why and it has been a lot better. The staff friendliness is very good. She actually brought a couple of her staff with her to the new office. It's almost like a family. Her communication is very good. The billing and administration has been very good. We will continue to see her in the future.

Visiting Nurse Services has done a really good job. They have good people that have been very pleasant. They're very reliable, gentle and conscientious. They're kind of Jane of all trades.

They were very good.  They take United health insurance, which I had at the time. They are highly skilled and professional. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They came out twice and they are very nice people.  This was a couple of years ago. They came again this winter. My husband had pneumonia. He was hospitalized. When he came home, we had this company come out. They gave him physical therapy, took his temperature. They would give me advice, care or other referrals. They checked out his diet and checked his blood pressure.

    Staten Island University Hos
The staff is very courteous and knowledgable, willing to help.  They are all very friendly.  They address your needs and are in tune with the latest medical technology.  Everyone is willing to bend over backwards to help you.  The hospital is very clean.  If they cannot help you they will recommend someone who can help you.

Rosemary Haafe is very easy to talk to and she has variety in her office hours. She returns calls even if it is late in the evening. She is very smart and cares about her patients.
