There were some delays in the beginning phase because of the city permits, but I appreciated Helio keeping me in the loop each day. The workers were respectful and responsive to changes. All in all I am very happy with the work and the company HM Contractor. I would suggest that if you use them, you know what colors, tiles, cabinets you need so that you don’t feel rushed.

Outstanding. I dont live at the unit and needed to coordinate the time between Robin Brundage and a tenant. He arrived on time and shipped the package as discussed. The lighting fixture arrived as expected and was packaged beautifully - so that no items were broken. I would absolutely use again

Joe was awesome!!!! I already have spoken to him about other projects in my home. He was on time , professional and a gentleman. When you are a woman home owner it’s difficult not to get taken advantage of. I am so thrilled to have found him

They informed us the breaker was bad, when the breaker was swapped out 2x prior. First time by another electrician. They asked $200 (69 for visit + 131 for breaker) to replace a 3rd time. Didn't seem to be a breaker issue, so I told him I'd replace it, and paid him $69 for his visit. As expected, the new breaker did not resolve the issue. Upon callback for followup, their office worker threw false accusations at me about previous calls to them and refused to send their guy back. I called another electrician immediately after, and he resolved our problem, at less than half the cost. Side Note to Office Worker: It is not illegal to replace a breaker in your own home in CT. It should be illegal to charge $200 for a simple job, then to give an attitude about it when refusing service.

Flawlessly! It took close to two months. From the start to finish Wall 2 Wall Contracting showed high level of professionalism and did a great work. There were no ups and downs in the process, just steady, high quality work. The job required to coordinate different professions due to division of labor and each and every team member worked meticulously and added his part to the finished product. Their punctuality, reliability and work ethics eliminated the considerable stress accompanied with the remodeling jobs. Attached photos of both the old and the new bathrooms.

He is very responsive, always came when he said he would come, worked around my schedule, very pleasant to work with. I think his service is perfectly fine, I can't think of any room for improvement. The price seemed a little high to me, but I did go online, and it seemed to be relatively average.

Excellent! Mr. Sperry called me right back after first contact, arrived the next day at exactly the time we had agreed on, and very quickly was able to determine the cause and fix it. I will definitely use Sperry Electric for any electrical needs I have in the future.

We have used Joseph on three or four occasions for the above project. Each time he was always unprofessional by using foul language and always trying to get things done his way by saying that whatever is easier for him is what he is going to do. He works 2-3 hours a day for a job that can be done in 1 day. He has no regards to the client needs. We had asked him to come in and install 4 light fixtures and connect the dishwasher. He came today and parked at my neighbors parking spot. I had asked them to move his vehicle to a visitor spot. He replied by saying that he is not moving the van because he's having a bad day and he does not give a ****. I then mention to him that the next-door neighbor is handicap. He turned around and waved at me as if saying I don't care. He got into the van and drove away. In under 10 minutes, the handicapped neighbor was back. Joseph is very unprofessional, very messy when he works and does not clean up after himself. Every time he comes to work there's always drama for example I broke up with my girlfriend and this and that. We just want our electrical work done. He asked for $100 an hour. No problem. Expensive! You think he would be more professional. Joseph seriously needs to take some business etiquette classes. That explains why he only works by himself. I'm assuming that employees cannot deal with him. If you're looking to deal with someone professional, clean and someone that will do the work exactly as you asked, he is not the person to work with. This is just half the story.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rob, and speak his praises to any local friends we have. We spent the entire summer doing renovations, and Rob was incredibly flexible, friendly, efficient, and patient throughout that entire process. Ours is a very old house, and the work done by previous owners seems to have been spotty at best. Rob understood that we wouldn't be able to tackle all of the issues at once, and helped us prioritize projects based on what posed the greatest safety concerns, cost, and what would be best to bundle and work on together (to avoid repeatedly gutting the walls). Rob was always easy fast to respond by phone or e-mail, and was very flexible in working with our schedules. He is quite personable, and always provided thorough, courteous responses to my seemingly endless questions. Rob definitely spoiled us from ever working with another electrician - I can't recommend him enough!

I called Mr. Sperry after seeing another customers great experience on a blog.  I told him it was urgent and he attended the issue immediately.  He called me with the details about the electrical issue and gave me a price.  I asked him if he could get the work done the same day and the answer was yes and completed the job.  I have asked him to stay onboard for all future repairs to my home and he agreed.  He sent me the bill by email and I happily paid.  The price was very competitive!
