Everything flowed seamlessly - from meeting the owner (Sheki) who provided references and a certificate of insurance at first meeting to the provision of a fair and detailed quote, commencement of work two days later and completion 8 days later. I even received a courtesy call from the office that the owner was running a little late due to traffic prior to our first meeting. The owner came onsite every day and was available to discuss any concern. Edgar and his painting team were fantastic! They were courteous, professional and respectful and left the area clean each day. I give my highest recommendation to J&S Painting Plus Inc and would definitely hire them again. AGENERAL BRICK DESIGNSFrom the initial phone, Eddie was our guy! His knowledge on home repair, structural issues, water damage and more is second to none. But it is not just his craftsmanship and expertise that stands out, it's his personality. Eddie is exactly what I am about to say and more. Honest, humble, trustworthy, caring, communicative, transparent, and so on. For years I paid contractors to solve my water issues in the basement. And year after year after being fixed, the issue would come back. Eddie explained the reason why year after year I had these issues. He took the time to really make me understand, veins, footings, cement mixing, cracks, water damage, building foundation, wood and moisture. His crew follows his lead! Eddie stays on the site until the job is done. The only part that was difficult, was saying goodbye. Sounds corny, but if you meet Eddie you made a friend.- Keith P.

He took the time to explain everything about the project, his approach to keeping our basement dry and provided a fair, transparent quote for the work. There are a lot of dishonest businesses in this category that do quickie, cut-rate jobs - but you can be 100% certain that Weather-Tite does top-shelf work and will treat you fairly. This is one area in your home that poor work can mean huge problems in the future. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and did very tidy work. AAnthony & Sylvan PoolsAnthony Sylvan has an excellent Customer Service and Warranty staff as well as knowledgeable technicians. The spa required repair which was approved under warranty. Kenny their Tech did the work and it looks like new. He was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do . Further, to add to my previous reviews Anthony Sylvan has serviced our pool for 13 years and I would highly recommended them . Their Sales , Installation crew and Service staff are dependable and easy to work with. Ben takes care of our pool , opening and closing annually , replacing parts occasionally and does a terrific job. Thats another positive aspect, you get to know the staff.- Charlie F.

APablo and his team did an excellent job repointing our chimney for a reasonable price. After the work was completed we hired him to redo our front stoop & walkway, and repoint our stone wall. We are very pleased with all of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of masonry work.

AWe needed our stoop top replaced and the entire stoop waterproofed. The job went very well - work began on-time and ended a bit earlier than estimated. Mr. Ismail kindly explained every step of work to be done in advance and made sure that we understood and approved each one. When a layer of very old brick under the stoop was discovered and shown to be unsuitable for a modern cement covering, the workers quickly built a new layer that is much sturdier. The workers also replaced a crumbling stone border at the edge of our garden, sealed the stoop against moisture, painted the interior storerom room underneath the stoop, and removed dirt and debris. I highly recommend Rahat Construction!

AI mostly interfaced with Anthony but did speak with John and the company receptionist. All were very pleasant, professional, and super easy to work with. Anthony was understanding, patient, and helped me decide which work should be prioritized in order to stay within my budget. The Essex & Morris work crew arrived as scheduled, did excellent work, and didn’t leave a mess afterwards. I wish I had known of them the first time I had mason work done at my home as I wouldn’t have had to settle for inferior workmanship. My apologies to E&M for not writing this review sooner. The sidewalk sections and driveway asphalt paving were excellent! I highly recommend using Essex & Morris.
