Extremely professional and compassionate. They are punctual, incredibly nice and helpful, and they make an effort to make the mammography a pleasant experience. I have been getting mammograms for over 25 years and have never experienced anything like the service they deliver.

    Raptis, Dr. George
He  is my medical oncologist following breast cancer surgery.  We discussed all the pros can cons of various treatments.  He4 treats the whole patient and acts like he has all the time in the world for your visit.

    Montclair Breast Center
The Montclair Breast Center is more like a spa then a medical facility. EVERYONE  who works here is super nice and caring...Dr. Elliot is very accessible, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She and all the staff are very thorough, very compassionate and very committed to women's breast health. They have an in house surgical suite which is much much less stressful then going to hospital for surgical procedures.. The nurses are wonderful!  Only problem I personally have is that I don't have health insurance at the moment and there cost is higher than going to a hospital or clinic breast center.   If you can afford it, it is worth every cent..

They are compassionate and personable. They are prompt. They will take care of anything else that needs to done or looked at right then. You don't have to come back to have your results read.

Doctor was patient, professional, sensitive. The surgery outcome was excellent. I can't say enough good things about this Doctor. She reviewed everything and her skill is evident in the surgical results.

    Leitman, Dr. Michael
He is the vice chair of surgery at Beth Israel. He saved my life. Joan, his assistant, is excellent and wonderful. If I call and leave a message, they always call me right back. They always call in advance to remind me of my appointments.

If you require a handicap access(walker, wheelchair, cane) you need to let them know ahead of time. Entry into the building are mainly steps and the offices are in the basement. There is a ramp in the back of the building used by employees and can be used for the handicap but the staff would need to be aware that you require this service. The staff was very efficient and I was seen promptly . Dr. Capizzi was nice and and professional and answered all my questions. He did have a medical student accompany him. I had no problems with the billing procedure.

Overall the experience goes very well. However, be prepared to spend at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for the entire appointment. The technicians I've had are very professional. Waiting areas are spacious and clean. This time after the mammogram the technician came back and said the doctor who reviewed them said they were fine - and she gave me the option of accepting this or having the doctor come in and speak to me personally (I declined). In previous visits, the doctor would herself come in and speak to me to tell me the results. I gave "bedside manner" a "B" only because the technicians seemed a bit rushed and brusk as a result - although at the same time they were friendly enough. (Can't help but wonder if this is because they're over-booked?)

    Filstein, Dr. Mark
5/5  star  recommendation   I was greeted by  friendly staff who informed me of the entire process.  I met with Dr. Filstein for the initial consultation. This visit left me re-assured and confident that he was the doctor for me.  I has a second consultation to relieve remaining  fears. The surgery went great.  I was able to call and speak with the nurse,  Aileen.  She returnes phone calls promptly.  She assured me that the pain I was feeling was normal.    The follow-up visit was fine. I would recommend both doctors to any one.
