    The first part of the experience was that after they had had the RV for eight days, having promising to have the work done within a week (we had travel plans), they had done none of the work.

    When I returned the RV after our (shortened) trip, I spoke to the service manager about my concerns and he promised to keep an eye on the work.
    When they called to say the RV was ready, I returned to pick it up and discovered several issues:
    1. The quality of the roof replacement was not what I had expected (there were many and quot;air bubblesand quot; and several places where it was evident that dirt or debris had been left on the substrate when the new roof was applied).
    2. The all-weather cover for the new vent fan had not been installed.
    3. The rear window seal had not been reset or repaired.
    4. Someone had apparently stepped on one of the windshield wipers and pushed it out of position (badly).
    5. There were streaks of the roof adhesive on two of the windows.

    I aranged to meet with the manager I had previously spoken with.
    1. He assured me that the roof membrane replacement was just fine and that they warranteed their work. Note that no written warrantee was provided.
    2. I told him to not bother ordering the all-weather cover for the vent (they had not gotten around to ordering it yet!). I have subsequently purchased and installed an all-weather cover - at a much better price than they had proposed.
    3. He reset the rear window seal.
    4. He had the windshield wiper reset in its proper place.
    5. He had the adhesive residue cleaned up (properly, I hope).
    I did not realize that they had not checked out the generator until I had occasion to run it - and had to trouble-shoot and correct the problem myself.

    Over-all, I have found that the people there are friendly and knowledgeable, but there is a notable lack of attention to detail with regard to carrying out the work requested. Further, there seems to be little oversight of the work by the service writer or management resulting in quality issues. I have dealt with their head technician, and he is very good, but some of the other techs apparently don't share his attention to detail; or quality standards. Their prices for some of the work seemed higher than I had expected, but I do not feel that there was any deception on their part, just a lack of understanding/communication between us.
