I recommend using text-messages to communicate because he is often on the road or otherwise unable to answer the phone. We had a half-day "fill job" and had a lose schedule of about a week. Five business days later; the tree was gone. The day before the work was performed we got the scheduled time. The crew was all business but friendly, arrived on time and removed the tree then ground the stump. They cleaned up the area with rakes and were on their way. AConnecticut Landscape & TreeGreg and his crew did a great job. Greg first came out on a cold, Saturday morning in January/February to provide us with a quote for our tree. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional at our meeting, and we received an estimate within 12 hours. After about 6 onths of procrastinating, we contacted Kari to inquire about the removal of the tree. She explained everything thoroughly to us each and every time we called. Although we called during their busy season, she listened to our request about getting the tree done before a certain date and was able to make it happen. As for the job itself, Greg and his crew took down a very large Silver Maple tree on our front yard within 1 day. Our neighbors commented to us (we were not home during the day) on how efficient they were and how hard they worked. The price for the work was reasonable and they left the job site clean and all debris was removed. Overall, they did a fantastic job and we will be calling them in the future for any additional work.- Kevin S.

AClear Cut Tree - SavATreeDan Riccio was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He had done some landscaping for a relative of mine and I was impressed with what he had done. My house is 10 years old and the current landscape was looking tired and overgrown. He arrived at my house on time, asked lots of questions to ensure he had a good idea of what I was looking for. He clearly explained the next steps he would follow which included having a landscape designer come to the house to create a blueprint of the new design. A few weeks later Dan returned with the plan and carefully walked me through it, explaining the trees and plants recommended and the overall design elements. We then walked the property and he once again showed me how the new design would look. Once we agreed on the plan we gave a deposit and about a week or so later Dan's crew arrived with a truckload of high quality trees and plants. I laughed when I came home from work and saw all the trees in my front yard because it looked like I had opened a garden center!! Over the week, the landscape crew worked tirelessly to remove the old plants and install the new ones. They arrived on time every day and worked well into the evening. They even worked on Saturday to ensure they finished the job within a week as promised. When the job was done I could not believe the transformation that had taken place. My landscape went from ho hum to absolutely awesome. I told Dan that he actually managed to exceed my expectations. I would recommend this team to others without hesitation. Dan ensures promises made are promises kept and when you are spending this kind of money you expect high quality results....and that is exactly what I got!! I should also add that Dan called multiple times to ensure everything was progressing as intended and to answer any questions I might have had. He works hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction.- John B.
