Steve and Jorge were great to work with. Steve can do just about anything you need done. He helped me update my Mom's old house for resale and it went great. Prompt, tidy, pleasant and knowledgeable. I used them again on a complete demo and renovation of an apartment. Again, Steve and Jorge did a wonderful job on the renovation. Steve's experience and knowledge of the building process made things go smoothly. Made things less stressful for me!

Michael had worked for us a number of times for small jobs.
He reinforced our poorly constructed deck; He regrouted shower and did repairs on shower door, removed built in wooden furniture and then patched the floor,  He has been very responsive and prompt to requests for work and can be counted on for good service.
We thought his prices are very reasonable.  He has a wide range of skills and is willing to do small jobs.
     Highly recommend Michael!

John was extremely punctual and kept to his word when the job would be finished. He kept a constant line of communication with me about what he was doing and even educated me a bit when I asked him certain questions about the project. He was extremely efficient on getting the job done and has a inherit keen eye for detail. His quality of work was exceptional and I would highly recommend him for any tiling job.

I hired Eveyrthing Under the Roof because of their rating on Angie's List as I was taking care of this project for a family member, yet I live in another state.   They were understanding, accommodating, professional, and outstanding on the job.

One of our concerns was protection of carpeting leading upstairs to the bathroom.  Jay and his
crew laid out plastic covering all carpeting and used heavy duty work canvas on top during install.
Most impressed with the meticulous clean up after each day of work.  We have had to clean up after
other contractors and EUTR was spotless by comparison.  The work was done within 3 weeks as
promised and Jay kept us well informed of scheduling and what work would be performed.  Kimberly
was great providing assistance with a wide selection of vanities, counter tops & fixtures though my
wife prefered to pick these out on her own locallly.  Jay's crew was very professional and helpful.
Their attention to detail & painting was excellent.  I would recommend EUTR highly for the quality of
the work done, efficiency in performance and minimal impact on the home outside of the room they
    are working on.

Jim and his very professional and courteous crew removed my old shingles (2 layers) and replaced it with new shingles, ice/water barrier, tar paper and new boots around all of the pipes through the roof to ensure no leaks or drips.
During the job, Jim and his team found part of the wood on the roof was water damaged and needed to be replaced; they quickly assessed the situation, advised of the best path-forward to correct the problem and immediately fixed/replaced the damaged wood.
Throughout the project my yard was kept very clean with all debris cleaned up on a regular basis.
It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his crew, very professional and knowledgeable and communicated regularly about the status of the project so I was in the loop throughout.
I am very pleased with the new roof and will definitely use JAD Home Improvement for future projects in my home.

The contractor has not been out to the house yet, but I just want to give them a thumbs-up for responsiveness and professionalism in actually ANSWERING my call - refreshing after getting voicemail after voicemail - and scheduling a next-day appointment for the estimate. I will write another review for the services performed when/if this contractor completes the work.

In early July of 2010, David gave me a quote for a total remodel of an upstairs bathroom. His quote was competitive, and he had come highly recommended by a friend so I hired him. Part of the job was to install a light and vent above the new shower. I requested that it be vented to the outside wall. David said he could save me money by running the vent tube across the adjoining bedroom ceiling and venting the fan through a hole already there for my attic fan. I agreed that he should do that.  The estimate also included new wiring for and installation of  a ceiling fan in my bedroom, which adjoins the bathroom.
When the job was nearly completed, David told me that the job had taken longer than he thought and he was under pressure to begin a new job. He asked me if he could leave to start the new job and promised that he would be back within a few weeks to install the bedroom fan. I agreed. On 8/12/10, I received an invoice via email and foolishly paid him in full, believing and expecting that he would be back. After about 3 calls to David, he left me a voice mail apologizing and saying he would call me to schedule a time he could return to install the fan. He never returned any of the calls I left him subsequent to that time and the ceiling fan was never installed.
Just this week, I finally hired an electrician to come and install the fan. While he was in the attic installing the fan, I asked him to check and see if the shower exhaust fan had been vented as David had promised to do. He has just informed me that the fan was not vented at all and that the vent pipe in just lying on top of the insulation in the attic. I am not only having to pay an electrician to come in and install the fan but must now hire an HVAC guy to come in and vent the bathroom fan. Under NO circumstances should you hire David Tisdale for ANY job in your house!

However, in the end we found the work to be rather sloppy,...the painting & some of the grouting was very poorly done, call backs
for plugged shower drain,(apparently during demolition, drain was never covered(?), toilets loosely/improperly installed, ultimately one resulting in flooding of floor. Not exactly the quality of work we expected.
