Plumber reviews in Brookfield

Extremely well, as usual. Toilet removed was 20+ years old, which adds complexity. The 2-person team of Barrett Plumbing are amazingly skilled and efficient at whatever we "throw their way." They removed the toilet rather easily, cleaned up what was left behind and installed the new toilet that we had purchased so well and quickly. Amazes us. And, they charge us what they say; no surprises. Great job again, guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Barrett Plumbing. Found on Angie's List in 2014 and the only plumber I go to since. Day before Thanksgiving, leaky hot water heater. Turns out it needs replacement because the leak is threatening its electrical components (top of heater). They recommended for us and found an AO Smith heater that fit (much better than the Sears junk we had been using) and installed it - all within hour's time wed morn and we had a relaxing, wonderful Thanksgiving. Oh, and they also installed a kitchen faucet for us as we had asked and expected before 10AM as well. They are the best!

Have used these guys twice and the plumber, Doug, is the best plumber we've had in the house. Does a great job, efficiently. Our experience with water heaters are they last shorter than they should and cost more than you expect. Eleven years ago is was $1600 and three years ago it was $2000. But we were happy to get them in the day we called. The ultimate measure of satisfaction will be how long this unit lasts. The Rheem we just replaced lasted less than three years. Barrett's seems to use a much better quality product.

They continue to amaze me with their courteous and responsive service. They are the best oil company in the area and the fact that they are equally as good in installing and maintaining your entire HVAC system makes them the best choice by far!

He was quick to respond to my call and said he could get out the next morning (I had called late afternoon). He arrived a 20 min early (which was fine). His price was right around the other plumbers $335 to snake the line. But then he charged me $65 dollars to take off the toilet and put it back on with a new seal. (Way too expensive for that work and a $3 dollar seal) He snaked the toilet and then mentioned that it would be beneficial for him to do a video scope down the line. But that would cost $185! THis was crazy, but we were worried about it since they had plugged it a few times and had water back up into the house. So we went forward with it. So he did a video and said to us and in the video that the line where it connects to the septic tank was broken off and that we would need to get a septic person out to dig it up and replace the line. Besides being super expensive, when we got the septic digging crew out and dug it all up we found out there was nothing wrong with the pipe. We had the tank pumped and the guy pumping the tank snaked from the tank to the house and pulled out stuff and got it unclogged. This was super disappointing that I paid $1200 dollars to have a septic company dig it up and ruin my lawn for no reason at all! Not happy with All Star Rooter for their bad call that cost a fortune from them and a whole day for me to be with the excavation team and the cost of them too! And they didn't totally unplug it! The septic pumping company did that free with the cost of pumping!

Mark was very responsive in returning our initial phone call and getting an estimate. He was very thorough in letting us know the exact price and when we could be scheduled. Unfortunately due to a snow storm our original date needed to be rescheduled but Mark kept in contact with us until we could get a new date. A trench was dug and the new line run to the house was all completed within a day. He even chlorinated our well to ensure we did not have any bacteria in the lines. Very friendly and professional and will not hesitate to call him first with any other issues.

FANTASTIC! Neville from Action Construction was prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a quick and accurate quote and explained everything (not man-splaining EVER). A great experience over all and I HIGHLY recomend!

Outstanding. Everyone was friendly and reliable. Cleaned up daily. Picked up materials or met deliveries to make sure thing went smoothly. I added to project in process. He gave frank advice about cost vs outcome value. They were great with my pet. They are going to be coming back to do the entry way soon.

I have used Yacko Plumbing in the past so I didn't hesitate to call them when, as a result of the sub-zero weather in February, I was left with necessary repairs.
Lewis responded quickly and installed the tankless water heater that I had been researching. The price was fair, the work was performed efficiently and the product is performing perfectly.  This is consistent with what I have learned to expect from Lewis and Yacko Plumbung.
