    Aquasaver Lawn Sprinklers Inc.
    For years I've been a loyal customer of Aquasaver Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. -- which also goes by National Aquasaver Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. -- and frankly, I'm appalled at the lack of respect and consideration this company shows to dependable customers. 
    I called them for the spring start-up of our in-ground sprinkler system -- that I had already paid for, mind you, in a package deal with the winter shutdown last year -- and asked them to make sure everything was in order. (When we shut down the system for the winter, it wasn't working. I had the number two guy in the company look at the system, and he said everything was fine. When I asked him how he'd solved the problem, he said, "Magic." He refused to elaborate, which was infuriating.)
    So when they returned in the spring, I reminded them that the system wasn't working when it was shut down. As they ran through the system, it went into default mode, repeating the problem from the fall. The technician claimed no one qualified to handle the problem was on-site, so they'd write up the problem and return later to fix it. (I called that day to confirm it, to make sure that our new plantings would be taken care of.)
    I called three or four times over the next week, trying to get someone out to fix the system, only getting empty assurances that the boss knew about my problem.
    They had the audacity to send me a bill, overcharging $115 for the work they didn't complete. (Repeating an "unintentional" error they'd made previously.) This is how little respect they show a loyal customer.
    That bill was the only contact from them for three weeks. THREE WEEKS. Which I would have spent watering new plantings by hand if I hadn't found a new service provider through Angie's List. Finally, I managed to get someone on the phone and ask about the delay, and I'm told that the owner said, and I quote, "Oh, I figured you would've found someone else by now."
    I was FURIOUS. How can you treat a customer who has been loyal for 15 years between different properties like that, completely dismissing them like nothing? This is a company with no pride, no sense of loyalty, and a laughable idea of customer service. 
    When I called my new provider, not only did he show up the next day, ready to work, but he double-checked the work done previously by National Aquasaver, and discovered two broken sprinklerheads that National said were fine. 
    I'd hate to see anyone else treated as poorly as my family has been.

    Greenacres Company
    After the company we had used for 15 years opened up our sprinklers for the season the system went to fault. After resetting it several times they decided another person had to come and fix it...we had just planted new shrubs and needed it fixed asap. Our old company told us it was their "busy" time and would send him when they could. Two weeks later we called Green Acres....they came the next evening to see the problem, gave us an estimate and repaired it 2 days later. The owner could not have been more professional, and his workers were efficent, polite and capable.
