    Speed sport is terrific. We bring our Mercedes gl550 there and have been for years. The staff is so knowledgable and professional. I always know that I am getting the best possible service when going there. I would recommend them for anything car related - from oil changes to brakes. They do it all and you will be in good hands!

    I received an oil change from Madison Honda a month ago. The car was making a noise, I took it to my local mechanic and there was 2 1/2 quarts of extra oil in my Accord. If my mechanic didn't catch this it could have ruined my car!
    I've gone in there for a few oil changes because it is convenient. However buyer be warned, they will always tell you there is something wrong with your car when there is not! They told me I need brakes which were recently done the month before by my local mechanic. The manager of service Mr. Brian Parente blamed his technician. Nice move. It's all part of the business model. They get you in for a quick oil change and try to nail you on repairs you don't need.
    I bought two cars here and this is how they treat me. Don't go here!
    I'll buy a Subaru next and have it serviced by my local mechanic.

    When we called for an appointment, they asked for contact information.  When they heard where we lived, they said one of their employees either lived close or we were on their way, so he could pick up our car, if that was ok.  So the guy left his car at our house during the day and swapped them back when it was done.  It was generous of them to make the offer.  And the brake job was done well.

    I went to have my tires rotated and front end aligned at a tire shop. They rotated my tires but were unable to align the wheels as the tie rods were so worn and the alignment wouldn't hold. They do not perform that service so I went straight to Firestone as I was leaving on vacation the next day and they were able to look at the car, order the parts and do it right then. This was three o'clock in the afternoon. No appointment to come back later in the week. It was taken care of on the spot. Great service. Will surely use them in the future.

    I use them quite often. They do tune ups, breaks, and tires. They do all the general repairs on my vehicles. They are earnest, their pricing is good, they are efficient, and they are timely as well.

    In addition to fixing the toilet and a restringing a shade, Kelly told us we needed additional repairs.  He completed  $388.79 parts and labor but charged us $1930.79.  The difference reflects the parts Kelly said he needed to order an awning motor and a leveler motor totaling $1,541.03.  My husband has contacted Kelly several times but we constantly get excuses and no results.  We have filed a formal complaint with the Florida State Attorney General's office.

    I have been getting my car serviced there regularly and for oil changes that my car needed regularly as it was getting older. They had told me that there was fluid leak from my steering column and since I didn’t notice anything on garage floor prior to when they told me that and it was a very expensive repair. I just decided to take it to another dealer to check it out. I took it to a service station, a mechanic that I knew personally and he told me that there is nothing wrong with it. From that point on I just take my car to that other mechanic. The other thing that happened was one of the air bag lights went on and for this I had to take to my dealer, so I went back to the dealer. They had actually erased me from the system and had no record that I had ever been there although this year but I do have a copy of every repair record from them. For this, I was walking in there brand new and they told me that I have to replace the air bag. It would cost me $2000. I thought if it’s broken I would rather get in touch with the Toyota Company rather than dealing with the dealer. I remember I filled out the survey, I gave them a feedback I am talking about the Toyota Company but they never got back to me. In the interim my air bag light went off and it had some back on it. I think there was nothing with it. We had a very bad winter last winter we had colder temperature for longer period of time I was thinking perhaps it had something to do with the temperature. One reason why I went to them was it was very convenient I can just drive up, any time I wanted I can have my car serviced and I can take a free car for the day. Their service was very good but they are cheating me.

     I bought my car in 2005 and went to them for regular services from Greentree Toyota Scion.  It was very convenient because you could actually drive in there without making an appointment. Sometime you could loan a car or you could just sit in the waiting room and all I needed done the first few years was the oil changes. It did not need any big services. Then a year ago they told me that I needed a $1200 repair and it had to do with the leaking power steering fluid. I did not in particularly notice any oil leak on my garage floor.   This made me think whether I really had a leak. So I went to another service station where I used to take my daughter?s used car to, the mechanics that I trusted.  He told me that I did not need any repair and that there was no problem. Based on that I decided I did not need to go to them anymore.   I could not trust them. I have had a couple of other issues with them like recommending that I had run flat tyre and a person there told me that I needed to get all four new tyres when I needed only two.  Recently I had an issue with the SRS light, the airbag light that was on. My service station told me that they don?t deal with that and that I needed to go to the dealer.  I went in there reluctantly and apparently they had wiped off all my records.  They were talking to me as if I was their first time customer.  They kept sending me mailing and in one of them I requested them to take me off the mailing list because I was not going to go back.  Actually I got all the copies of the repair before I left there for the last time. Anyway I had to go back because of the air bag issue. They told me that I needed a new air bag and harness and since my car is not covered by warranty it would cost me $2100.  It is an unused part and I don?t understand why I should pay that amount of money for something which is never used. I felt Toyota should honour this in some way. They told me that they would speak to service manager and they would call Toyota and so on. I left their office and in 15 minutes I received a phone call which was again very suspicious because I thought I would hear from them till next week after all they had to speak to a lot of people.. Now they said it would cost me $950. Again, it was still an outrageous amount of money. In the meantime my airbag light went off. May be there is nothing wrong with it. Here we go again telling me something which I don?t need.   I question their honesty. I cannot trust them. How could I know that they did something for my car for all the years I went there. I assume they did. I don?t know.  I will not go in there unless I am forced into by the warranty.

    Overall OK. They could have told me to replace the brakes 10,000 miles earlier but inspected the brakes a few times and let me put it off until necessary. One thing though: did my rotors really need to be replaced? It doubles the cost of the job and really isn't required in all cases, especially a first time pad replacement job like mine was. But how are you to know if they're putting you on? Other people please add their experiences with this type of work.

    Bruce Bennett Nissan was very professional and helpful. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and let me have a loaner car while the repair was being done. I do trust the mechanics here. They don't try to up-sell their products. I thought the price was very good.
