  Bruce, the owner was outstanding. He promised a turnkey installation and was as good as his word! All of the many reviews recommending him on Angie’s List were spot on. The whole process was completed without a hitch from assessment permitting and installation and commissioning within one week! The actual installation was completed in one day under a tent because of a late snow storm! I would recommend him without hesitation!

  When I got the estimate, I paid the deposit, they gave me a date of install. On that date, they came, started the install and as scheduled all went as smoothly as it could go. They got the town permit, the house was inspected by the town after the install, etc. and all was nicely and professionally installed and today, I'm at peace knowing that if something happens, I'm all set because I will have power and that it's all legally done! Just blessed beyond words and now I'm gonna hire them to upgrade my electrical at my business and more....good people are hard to find, and when you know me, you realize I don't give everyone high ratings, but these guys are on point!

  The old adage of "great people always know other great problem proved to be true. Bruce did a preliminary check of our compressor, was able to diagnose the problem and called an HVAC colleague of his to come and complete the repair. Just like Bruce, Dave was prompt, thorough and had us back up and running in short order. We couldn't be more pleased!

  After purchasing our home one of the first items on the upgrade list was to install a whole-house 20kW natural gas generator.  I found Bruce on Angie's List and asked him to come out and provide us with an estimate.  Within 24 hours he arrived at our home, gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work and began the project within 48 hours of of our initial call.  Throughout the process he was very thorough in explaining the steps in the installation and inspection processes.  He completed the installation on-time and on budget, and was very pleasant to work with from start to finish.

  Tony installed a six circuit transfer switch for my portable
  generator. He took the time to verify that all the circuits I had selected were
  actually wired as labeled and he advised me which circuits should be a priority
  based on his experience. The work took about 3 hours and we talked about how I
  wanted the wires routed and where I wanted the service panel. He was
  professional and efficient.  When he was
  done we tested the generator with all of the circuits and everything worked

  I couldn't be happier with Tony's work.  From the consultation right up through the installation, he was great.  During the consultation, he explained everything thoroughly and gave a number of different options for to choose from.  A few days later, he sent over a very detailed quote that included line items for each option that I could select from.  I was very impressed.  
  I chose to go with a portable generator since it would be sufficient to power the items I wanted available in the event of a power loss.
  On the day of the installation, Tony arrived and went right to work.  He was amazingly quiet in his work and anytime he need to shut the power off in the home, he let me know first in case I was currently doing something that required electricity (I was working from home that day, so that added nicety was very appreciated).
   After he finished the install, Tony walked me through how to use the generator and switch the home's power over.  He even offered to send the warranty information in for to Generac.

  We had an excellent experience with Tony and his crew.  Tony responded promptly to our request for an estimate, gave us a fair
  price and we hired him.  We had several estimates already but we just immediately liked and trusted Tony. We had to wait a little while for our generator to be delivered and work to begin but that is not unusual these days with the demand for generators.  Our generator installation was a multi-step process between delivery, hookup, inspection, and new propane tank.  We also had a snowstorm delay.  But Tony made sure we knew what to expect with each step and was able to keep the process going in a timely manner.  Tony and his crew were professional, polite, friendly, respectful (even down to wearing paper booties on their feet to protect my carpet!) and worked quickly and neatly.  They answered all our questions and worked with me to make sure we got the most benefit from the generator we chose.  I was definitely comfortable having them in my house and plan to hire them again for future electrical needs.  I absolutely recommend them.
