    It's a dependable car and I don't have any breakdowns I just go in for regular service. They are on time. The oil changes are usually a walk in and they do it right then. You never actually talk to the mechanic they just hand you the receipt and if you want to go into it further they call someone up to talk to you.

    They have an offer for an change of oil and rotate tires. I number my tires when I took them in. They were in the same orde after the oil change. They didn't do it. I had to take it back and make them do it, and then they did it. They didn't even know what order they were in. They could have rotated the tires.

    I only go to one place, the Honda dealership. It wasn't cheap. It's a dealership and they're a little bit higher. The workers were fine. It was in and out in one day but I don't know how long the actual work took them. To do all that, it was probably 4 or 5 hours.

    They were very professional and attentive. The diagnostic was fast and the repair great, even the clutch pedal feels like a new car. I had the clutch "changed" by someone else before but they just did everything wrong and took my money. I'll definitely return for any other service and will recommend them to all my friends.

    The timing belt broke right after they put it in while my son was driving the car on the freeway! I had to have my car towed to them. When I told him what happened, Robinson's tried to shift the blame to the man that did the work and say that it was not their responsibility until I showed them my receipt. Even after all of that, he made me pay more. It is still not working correctly, but is in the hands of someone else to repair it.

    Brought a car from them 6 years ago. Had problems with it after the first year. Had purchased the extended warranty/service contract. Most of the work I needed done they said wasn't covered requiring me to lay out cash out of pocket. Only job they covered was the original ball joint issue and then I still had to pay a $100 co-pay. During one of the uncovered repairs (repairing the shifter lock), the person doing the service, scratched up the trim around the shift controls and it looks like they may have even replaced a piece with another used piece from another vehicle. They would not even fix the U-Connect system saying it also wasn't covered. The ball joint job lasted 3 years, then started making a scratching/grinding noise every time I make a left turn. Of course it happened after the warranty ran out. There was no cause for the Traction Control Module to fail, but of course, they said it wasn't covered under their warranty. Don't think I'll buy another vehicle from them.

    I've been with this mechanic for about 6 years now and they're very honest and very reliable. They'll give me a ride home or pick me up if I asked. They'd never charge for unnecessary services and it's a great family business. The owner is a very nice and honest guy. He's always pleasant to deal with .

    One year later, two more cars shipped by Tammar. This time, both shipments went very well. No surprise charges for items in the car up to 100 lbs. Boris did a great job of coordinating shipment dates.

    My experience with this company was very good. 
    From pickup in California to delivery in Connecticut, the drivers kept in touch - emails then calls then texts- to let me know the exact delivery.

     They picked up my car within two days after I accepted the quote. And they delivered it almost on time. (One day delay due to weather issues) Highly recommended.
