The work was well done, when promised. His suggestions on the windows saved me a fair amount of money. The interior work looks beautiful, you couldn't tell that the new room wasn't part of the original design.

Shay and Kevin were extremely responsive, returning called the same day. Their proposal was detailed and precise, and the quality of their work was excellent. We were out of town when the work was being done, and Shay called us to provide updates on a regular basis. We will most definitely hire them again

These guys are FANTASTIC! They were professional; on time, clean and on schedule. They removed POPCORN, painted dark wood beams and painted the wall in my family room that has a cathedral ceiling. They also removed all the POPCORN from the other rooms. My family room looks Beautiful; like some photo in a magazine. My wife loves it! These guys are the BEST!

    Fernandez Painting
It went well. The painter was earnest and very cooperative, but he was a journeyman, so he's still working on his craft. Missed a few details and I had to point somethings out for correction, but it was a good deal and for the money I'd go with Fernandez Paintiog again.

GOLD STAR SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!! I'm so glad that I hired Anderson and his crew to repaint my house. They're so willing and flexible to work on the holiday time. He LISTENED TO ME and they are very detail-oriented. He also works with my home stager to find the color I needed! Anderson found things that I didn't see from previous painters and meet me where I am. Price is very reasonable and they cleaned up very nicely each day. I can trust them without me being present at home! They also help me to do some handyman services (installed a chandelier in the dining room, re-calked tubs and installed blinds in the kitchen) so I didn't have to worry about finding handyman services. Thank you, Anderson, for your excellent job!

The service and jobs went very well.  They arrived a little earlier than the agreed time which was great.  They were professional, courteous and great to work with.  I showed them the room I wanted to have painted and the two faucets to be replaced and they got work. The bathroom came out better than I expected. The color was great on the wall and his attention to detail was excellent. Bathroom painting included trim and window frame. I had purchased new wall plates for the bathroom electrical outlet and switch that I was going to put on later on but he did for me as well!
His work was great and this was my first time using someone from Angie's list and it worked out great. I couldn't be happier and I'm actually going to have him come back to paint my other two bathrooms.   His rates are reasonable and he's very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone reading this you will be happy that you did.   I will also be recommending this company to friends of mine who are looking for painters and handyman.

    Jose'S Painting Llc
Provider was hired to paint the popcorn ceilings in my living room, dining room, kitchen and main hallway.  There were also two areas that required some repair.  I had previously attempted painting the ceiling in a small room, and had a problem with some of the popcorn coming off.  At the time, I purchased a can of popcorn ceiling patch from Home Depot, and attempted to repair the damage.  It didn't come out perfect, but isn't too bad.  When Jose came out to estimate the job, I explained the problem I had, and showed him my repair.  He told me I had the problem with the popcorn coming off because I didn't know what I was doing, and assured me that he would be able to paint the ceilings with no problems.  The first key, he told me, was to first paint the entire ceiling with a coat of oil based primer, then apply the latex ceiling paint.  This was consistent with what other painters had told me.  He chuckled when I showed him my repair, and told me that I would not be able to find the spots that he repaired.
When Jose came out to start the work, he told me that the oil based primer was "too expensive", and not necessary.  So he started to apply the latex ceiling paint.  He got about 20% or the way through the ceiling before the first small spot of popcorn peeled off.  As he progressed, more and more of the popcorn started to peel off of the ceiling.  Jose kept telling me it wasn't a problem.  He'd repair the spots.  After he completed the first coat, he mixed some popcorn into a bucket of paint, and began dabbing the mixture onto the damaged areas.  It looked terrible, but he told me he'd apply more after it dried.  He kept going back to the damaged areas, over and over again.  At the same time, his helper continued painting the ceilings.  Upon reflection, it was a complete disaster from the start.
After three days' work, Jose told me that the job was complete.  It looked horrible.  The popcorn repair I had done looked about 100 times better than any of his repairs.  The wound up being thick applications of some kind of goop, and did not remotely resemble the popcorn finish he was attempting to match.  Some of them were starting to crack and peel off before he even left my house.  Jose suggested that I could find a "popcorn guy" to spray the patches, and it would be very inexpensive.  I offered to pay him 50%, and settle up with him after I had the ceiling properly repaired.  He became quite angry, and offered to deduct $200 from the original $1,100 estimate.  I made a quick decision that it would be best to pay him off and get him out of my house as quickly as possible, so I begrudgingly gave him a "gift" of $900 and sent him on his way.  After he left, I realized that there were white paint droplets all over him dark hardwood floors, which had been refinished about a year earlier.  I am still carefully scraping white paint off of my floors.
I subsequently contacted some ceiling specialists, and hired one for $1,300 to completely refinish the ceiling with a new fine popcorn spray.  They completely wrapped the rooms in plastic, and didn't get a drop of paint anywhere it didn't belong, and the job came out fantastic.  Wish I had called them in the first place!  At any rate, my experience with Jose's Painting LLC was a complete abomination.  I STRONGLY recommend you stay far away from them!

From the initial contact to work completion, Mike and I talked regularly.  He always followed through on everything he said.  Mike was professional,  organized,  knowledgeable,  and even helped participate in selecting some needed materials.  It is rare to find someone so reliable, trustworthy, and thorough in his job. Ray, who did almost all of the work, was exactly the same.  They both had a key to the house when an unexpected accident kept me away for 2 weeks.  Work proceeded  as planned, they kept me informed, and Ray even took care of my cat!  I  couldn't do that with just anyone.  Workmanship was excellent and painting was superb!  I would most definitely use  them again.  I couldn't be happier...

    • Nado and his team do wonderful work, with a great attitude, all at competitive prices.  He responded quickly to my request, was patient and thorough when we dealt with the insurance company, and was honest and communicative about everything right up until the end.  His crew was prompt, courteous, clean, and did great detailed work.
