Not only did she fit me in, she came out here on a Sunday to see what needed done and to give me an estimate. CClean Suites LLCI have a small house and am not looking to pay someone to travel 50 miles to come to clean it. To travel 2 hours to clean for 2 hours makes no sense.- L R.

Kim is respectful and polite, and has never missed coming her scheduled day every-other week. Kim arranges her cost by the job, not by the hour; and her cost is fair and competitive. FSCAM! They take your money and then cancel their phone line. After charging my credit card and arranging a time, I received a text 20 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to a "pro call off", whatever that means. When I tried to respond to reschedule, the number is no longer in service. When I tried to email asking for a refund, they refused to refund my credit card because their fine print says I can't reschedule withing 24 hrs of the appointment...even though THEY were the ones that cancelled it. I've emailed twice for a refund with no result. I'm now contacting the state's consumer fraud hotline.

FI called this service last week for quote to clean my condo,also told her I had just had 10 hours of surgery on my back and could not get to my appointment book ask if she could call me back in 15 minute so I could get up stairs. She also told me she should be in the southington area on Thursday, never got a callback. I just hope this is not the they do business.
