AART'S SEPTIC TANK SVCExcellent service and quality workmanship.Art and associate Tyler were very knowledgeable and completed the job in a efficient and timely manner. Art's Septic Service removed the old non-working tank and old connections and installed two new tanks. One that was required for a submersible pump .Art's also did all the necessary digging for the perc test's with the town of Manchester and arranged all scheduling for all on-site inspections with the town. The worksite was completed graded and seeded when the project was complete.All works well.Very satisfied. Call them, you will be glad you did.- al p.

ASuburban Sanitation Service, Inc.This is the second house that I have trusted Suburban Sanitation with the replacement of the septic system. I trust them (in particular Mark and his crew) because they are extremely knowledgeable regarding the design of the system, quality products to use, and working through the permitting process. Most importantly they communicate with the client and always do what they promise. Mark is in charge of all of this and does his job extremely well.This latest septic system was a tricky install in a wetland area in a town with a complicated permitting process (and in the middle of winter.) Hopefully no more septic systems for me, but if I did need one replaced I would hire Suburban Sanitation again.- Edward L.

FSanitrol Septic Services LLCWe have been using Sanitrol for 20 years, and it has just come to light that they have been over billing us every time we have our septic tank cleaned. After reviewing all of our previous invoices, we have been invoiced for the cleaning of a 1250 gallon tank, when we only have a 1000 gallon tank! We have confirmed with the East Shore Health Dept. and the Town Hall, who have confirmed that we only have a 1000 gallon tank. We approached the owner with concern about the continuous over billing and was and still are very disappointed with the response.. we have still not received the over billed charges?? When asked if this is the way he conducts his business, he alleged he had no idea of the over billing and preceded to blame the drivers? I can see a mistake once, but for 20 years this has been going on. I asked how many of his thousands of clients are also being over charged if he had no knowledge of this? There was not a positive answer.- Noel A.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AWe discovered we had no water at 9:00 PM Saturday night. I looked for a contractor on this site and was given several names. Jason from Performance Pump and Well contacted me only a few hours later that night and I was able to speak to him at 8:00 AM Sunday morning. He came out within 2.5 hours, diagnosed the problem, had the replacement well pump and supplies he needed in his truck. We had water less than 3 hours later! Jason did a fantastic job, was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to educate us about the workings of our well and offered us options. I would highly recommend him. A hardworking man who takes the time to get the job done well.
