AADMIRAL MOVING & STORAGE INCAdmiral did an excellent job in our move to a 55 and older Condo in Glastonbury in 2017. Shortly after the move, we discovered our dining room table would not extend. Admiral immediately dispatched a excellent repair man who quickly resolved this issue. This move included a Sleep Number bed. Over the last three years, we have noticed this bed beginning to slide on the support making it difficult for my wife to get in and out. Several calls to Sleep Number resulted in being told that it would likely cost in the area of $500 to be repaired. In desperation, my wife called Admiral to see if there was anything they could do. Even though it was three years after the move, Mark from Admiral sent their repair person to our Condo the very next day. This gentleman reviewed the situation and within 20 minutes had resolved the problem saving us considerable expense. Now that was absolutely above and beyond customer service - three years after the move. We could not be happier with Admiral's service and would highly recommend them to anyone.- David C.

I have personal experience working for a moving company and I called them in a pinch because I thought I’d be able to do it myself. I was wrong! AFinishline MoversI needed a full packing and move due to the fact that I was out of the country. FinishLine moving& storage had a full crew come to my apartment and work until 2am packing everything for me then drove everything 1 hour to their storage facility where they took another hour unloading everything into the unit. They also preformed a full cleaning service to the entire apartment before they left. John & Justin seriously stepped up to the plate and helped me when I needed them most. This Father and son family owned business truly takes amazing care of their customers and I am blessed to have found them and hired them. AFinishline MoversI hired this company in late February, just before COVID lockdown. I was very happy with the job they did. They were extremely careful with all my furniture and belongings and treated them as if they were their own. Moving in hours were restricted in my building, but they made arrangements to insure everything was delivered safely. Justin even returned to repair an item that accidentally broke in transit. From start to finish, I was treated with utmost courtesy, consideration and honesty. They were on time, and did everything they said they would. These guys went above and beyond. AAmazingly seamless. The entire team from their on call representatives to the drivers to the movers - were all so very professional and kind. I was very concerned about moving during a pandemic however Roadway made me feel safe and their team kept their distance, wore correct masks/gloves, and really made me feel at ease. AThe price we paid was slightly lower than one of the big name companies, however, this company has the ability for clutter removal, incase we had stay behind furniture we could not sell. Rainell and his crew did a very good job in packing/loading and offloading our household goods. There was small damage to our freezer (did not affect operation) and Rainell discounted our final payment on the spot.
