APerfectView Remodeling LLCPerfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). AMendez Electrical Services, LLCJoel is excellent in what he does. He is professional, and really knows his stuff. He added power to my detached garage (dug a trench and all!), installed a new electrical panel, added the hook up for a generator as well. Inside he installed three pendant lights over my kitchen island and fixed an issue I had in one of the upstairs bedrooms with the outlets. I had no power on one side of the room, had another electrician look at it and he couldn’t figure out why that was. Joel came in and figured out the problem and fixed it with ease. If you want someone who is knowledgable about what they do, courteous and efficient, Joel from Mendez Electrical Services is the man for your job! ASmall Job Specialist ElectricKen is really knowledgeable, he came into a situation where the contractor had ripped the room apart and had disconnected many different wires. The disconnection affected another bedroom and partially my living room. Ken was able to access the situation and put everything back together. He added all the new wiring we needed (fan, lighting, outlets, 3-way switch) and got everything working in a short time. I really appreciate his skill level and ability to troubleshoot. All said I will be calling them back in the future for sure. Did I say he works quickly, he finished the work in just a little over 5hrs. Amazing. Plus their good attitude and willingness to help makes him and his partner easy to work with.- Tunde A.

ACalled and spoke to the owner, Zaim, was given a price and appointment. His worker showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do, assembled the fans, installed them with no marks or damage to the ceiling, and explained how to use the remotes to me. Very courteous, neat and adhered to COVID precautions. Will definitely use this company again.
