We finally called one of their local sales offices, and talked about all of their offerings. We can now see when our kids get home from school with the doorbell camera feature and we can set status alerts to ping our phones while we are at work. AAll Ways Safe Security, Inc.Andrew and his team were very courteous and professional. They installed a security system that I can operate with my smart phone. The system they installed also does home automation. They installed an indoor and outdoor camera, 2-smart thermostats, 20-door and window contacts, 2-smoke detectors, 2-carbon monoxide detectors, a flood and low temparature sensor, 2-garage door sensors, 6-smart light switches, 3-lamp modules and a door lock that can all be controlled from my smart phone from anywhere in the world. Every day I have someone come over about 1 pm to walk my dog. They just text me when they are there, I see them in the camera, turn off the security system and unlock the door for them. When they leave, they text me, I lock the door and reset the alarm system. All this I do from my desk at work on my smart phone. Besides being the recipient of a GREAT Security and Home Automation system, I was over joyed with the professionalism and knowledge Andrew and his team were able to provide. What a GREAT value!! However, after speaking with Jesse, my mind was changed. When you are a customer of Jesse's, you aren't just another account. He gives out his cell phone number and actually answers/responds when you call. Through our interactions with him, we know we are truly a valued customer and we appreciate that. His team is very punctual, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Jesse's company includes app access and installing through a cellular line rather than a landline without charging extra--which is something the larger, national company doesn't do. I didn't think having an app would be something that would matter, but it is so incredibly convenient to have our alarm system at our fingertips. Having the system has given us such a piece of mind we can't imagine ever NOT having one now and we are glad we went with a company who offers such personalized service. ACovert Security, LLCCovert took over an existing, somewhat complex home alarm that had been updated by the prior provider over many years. Other companies simply would not deal with the challenge, they insisted that the entire alarm needed replacement. It is a tough task to figure out what the existing system does over many zones and old non-used wires. Dan did a great job, and also replaced old devices and added cellular dial out and carbon monoxide protection. He also added a video system for outside the house. And tested the entire system not just the parts he added or replaced. If you have shopped around, you know it is tough to find someone you can trust and does a really great job at a very fair price. Dan is just that. A very bright problem solver who is courteous, accountable, fair, and very knowledgable. i ended up recommending him to my son who hired Dan to add video to his business.- Howard B.

Once the installation was done, he took the time to explain the working of the system as well as making sure that the app was properly installed on my smart phone. One of the most outstanding aspects of my experience with Covert Security is the first rate level of customer service that they provide. I have had several technical challenges that were completely unrelated to the installed system yet each time I reached out to Dan, he went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got the situation resolved.
