  This year I needed to find a new gutter cleaning company after the firm I had used for 6 years confirmed last fall that they were coming as usual and then left me a terse note in my mailbox on the appointment date saying that they were no longer cleaning gutters at large homes. I did not know Rob's service but gave it a try. What a professional and easy group to work with! Staff promptly answers phone, gets back to me with dates right away, and provides first class and professional service. My latest service was by two great guys, Juan and Sebastian, who went above and beyond to clear all leaves away and did a superb and careful job! This is a great company and good value.

  They had to clean the gutters in 2 parts as some of the gutters had ice in them.  They were very quick and efficient both times they came and gave me a heads-up by telephone before they arrived just to make sure I was home.  They cleaned up all the debris afterwards.  Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

  Richie's Roofing LLC

  Richie, the owner, was friendly, arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and was very professional.  He answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my roof.   He recommended a minor repair for the roof.   He also cleaned the gutters.     In my opinion, the contractor did an outstanding job.   I highly recommend him for any client/customer that needs a new roof or roof repairs or a gutter cleaning.

  It didn't but the initial communication was outstanding. They were obviously overwhelmed by the response to their deal. I received pretty frequent updates after purchasing the deal, but the updates ended on 11/27. I sent an email on 12/17 asking if the money would be refunded as the deal was to clean out the gutters and it may be too late in the season now. I have received no response.

  Unfortunately, they couldn't remove the gutter guards which prevented them from doing any of the work.  The owner called to inform me of this and offered to apply the money I paid for the Big Deal toward the installation of new gutters.  However, I chose not to participate in this offer.

  I have used Tom for many years and he has always done an excellent job, coming at the exact time of year when all the leaves have fallen, so that my gutters are perfectly cleaned.  His price has not increased since I first hired him many years ago.  During my last visit, he even suggested I  have him come every other year since I have cut down a number of trees and have fewer leaves.  He is extremely honest and a pleasure to work with.  He gives free estimates and also does pressure washing, and interior and exterior painting though I have not used him for those services.  I would highly recommend him.

  We purchased the special offer through Angie's list, plus an additional 59 feet of gutter covering and a new drainspout.  We were contacted via e-mail as promised, and then with a follow-up phone call.  Gutt R Done provided us, via e-mail from their insurance carrier, a personalized proof of insurance, as we had requested.  Gutt R Done arrived as scheduled and proceeded efficiently to clean the gutters and place the gutter guards.  They also checked other areas that had previously had gutter guards placed on them, and pleasantly showed us the product they were using.  It was a very good experience.

  I waited for them to contact me after I purchased the coupon and when they didn't I had to contact them. I also had to contact them to reschedule my appointment when it rained and no one called to set up a new one. The cleaner came and didn't offer much in ideas to improve my gutters. I can say he was quick, that's about it. Overall it was a lackluster experience and I won't be using them again.
