AOverhead Door Co of HartfordOverhead Door of Hartford was fantastic. Troy returned my call for service in less than 2 hours. Miguel and Branden came out the next day and were able to temporarily fix my garage door so I could use it. They returned a couple of days later with the needed parts and everything was fixed! I found Miguel to be knowledgeable (b/c he did most of the talking) and both were polite, professional and followed safety protocols. Highly recommend.- S P.

APrecision Door ServiceI was having a problem changing my code on my recently installed garage door opening system. When I called Precision, I was immediately connected to a person. After I explained the situation, I was told that no technicians were available until the following day from 3 to 5pm. That did not make me very happy, but I took the appointment. Chet from Precision texted me his photo and then called me three hours early to see if I was available within 30 minutes. I agreed and within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had checked out the whole system and patiently explained and walked me through how to change my security code. Precision is the best!- Janice S.

A24H Garage DoorsTheir service tech replace my old opener with a nice quiet new one. A little over a month later the unit started to partially open and close. I called for service and they came out promptly and fix the problem that I probably caused one of the sensor units was out of alignment and I could have hit that with a bucket of sand. They showed me how to fix it if I happened to bump into it again. I am happy with their fast reliable service. ACahill Overhead Door Company LLCHad an emergency today with my garage door. I googled local businesses and Cahill Overhead Door Company came up. Checked the website and called. I was hoping that someone would come out Monday or Tuesday. The owner answered the phone and I explained my situation. He was on the road and said he could by in 20 minutes. He arrived and looked at the damage. He was able to fix the door well enough so it would open and close. He also quoted me the cost of a replacement door which I will need to do in the near future. I was very satisfied with his work and I Highly recommended Cahill.- Steve D.

A24H Garage DoorsJacob and his colleague were great. Foolish me: my kids had moved stuff in the garage and blocked the sensor. I called these guys for nothing and--amazingly--they charged me nothing after they made the trouble of coming out. I do want to replace door mechanism and doors soon. When he visited, Jacob discussed it with me clearly and constructively. I think the estimate is fair and when we have finished other home projects, we'll be calling on Jacob for our garage door work. FI am a 79-year-old senior citizen I had the privilege of meeting Jacob the owner what do you says I need a new door it will be $1800 plus taxes I told him I do not have that kind of money he became very upset to the point it scared me then he came back saying he could fix the door by replacing the rollers for $12 a piece plus labor it was over $800 I told him I would think about it after doing my homework found found A honest reliable company to put a brand new door in for the price he was going to fix my door for this company preys on the elderly Jacob should be in jail Please don’t have any business doing with this company

AJose Morales was thoroughly professional with great attention to detail and informed suggestions on alternative methods of tying the railing into the house and the concrete porch. Jose was prompt in responding to phone calls and emails and prepared a detailed proposal based on photos and measurements we sent him. Showed up on time, job came in exactly on budget, and workmanship was impeccable. Neighbors have been as impressed with the railing system as we were.

ADerrick responded within a day and came out to give me an estimate promptly. He was very reasonable and even when the job ended up being more complicated, he never complained or raised his estimate. He worked hard and was meticulous. I was very impressed and always felt comfortable having him in my home, even when I wasn't there. I'd hire him again in an instant. He is a decent, hard working guy (unlike many others out there.)
