    They were previously Ultimate Shine, but gave up their brick and mortar and are now mobile.  Since they have a carpet cleaning business, they bring their own water and all the tools to where ever you want.  I had them come to my office so I didn't need to worry about what time the appt was or waiting for my car or having someone drive me. 
    They did an excellent job.  My car is a 2009 Subaru wagon that I bought in 2012.  It looks as good as the day I bought it!  So convenient.  I'll get my car detailed more often now that it is so easy.

    It was more than I expected. They were on time, even a bit early. This service comes to your house to professionally clean your car inside and out. Yup, floor mats and carpets also. Quality service at a competive price. And you don't have to leave home. AND they use their own water.
    When the car/SUV is done, they ask you outside for comments. I could find no details that weren't perfect.
    I'd use these guys again. And again.

    By far the WORST towing experience of my life.
    My daughter had a car accident called AAA. Towstar was called by the Avon Police. This guy, Paul Sullivan, from Towstar shows up and tows the car from the scene before I get there and explains nothing to my daughter, who is a minor. I call and find out where the car is and go to take a look. Paul spends twenty mins telling me what he thinks it will cost to fix the car. Never once telling me he's not the AAA driver, what it cost to tow, that he's charging storage fees, and that he only takes cash.
    I find this all out three days later when I try to arrange for him to bring the car to a mechanic.
    He proceeded to be rude and unapologetic and placing all the blame on Avon PD.
    I own a business myself and this guy clearly has no concern for his customers. He takes advantage of people who just had a traumatic experience and exploits them to his advantage.
    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

    No appointment necessary and they started within five minutes of my arrival. Done 20 minutes later. Fast and friendly with quality people at the front end of the business and experienced technicians. I will definitely try them for more involved services should the need occur. Comfortable waiting area and offered coffee! Always a plus.

    O'Neills did the 100,000 mile service on my car which included changing the transmission fluid. We began to leak transmission fluid almost immediately and took the car back to have the connection checked. We were told that we had transmission fluid in the radiator and had to purchase a whole new radiator. The first charge, for the 100,000 mile check was $559.06 and the new radiator was $894.68.
    The service manager said the leaking transmission had not leaked into the radiator. However, I called a friend who owns a service station in Ma. and he said that the lines had to be flushed and if they were not re-connected properly, that caused the leaking and the fluid in the radiator. He absolutely thought the first error caused the damaged radiator.
    We have had problems with O'Neills before- they installed a new battery but the car was dead the next day because they failed to make all the connections. They have failed to change gauges after servicing the car. Almost every visit for service results in a second visit to complete the service.
    I complained to the service manager this time and he deducted $43.00- not much help with all the mistakes that have been made.
    O'Neills may be convenient but they certainly haven't done a good job for me.

    I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they got me back out the door promptly. I don't generally service my vehicles (two cars, two motorscycles) at the dealer, but I doo with this one. The car has never been to another service center because the group at Hoffman has always been, prompt, courteous and thorough.

    My husband and I each take our cars there for general services. They are reliable. They are not inexpensive but they charge reasonable. They do the work when they say they are going to. We've been going to them for about 30 years.

    They ordered the lug nuts, called me and we scheduled the work. I dropped car at 7:45 AM (he wanted it there by 8:00), then called the proprietor and reviewed what was to be done, and we agreed that he'd call me when it was done. By 4:45, I hadn't heard from him, and got a ride to their facility. The car hadn't been moved or touched. He said he didn't know I wanted to have them put the lug nuts on the car (so why did he need me to leave it all day?). He said he called me and left a message with a girl (I'm a man, and he hadn't called all day). He did not have an estimate for the dash--he said I'd have to remove it myself and bring it in for them to look at. Their service was terrible and the proprietor's attitude was unfriendly on the phone and in person. I paid for the lug nuts, and left with them (the price for the lug nuts was fair).

    It’s an independent garage. Their mechanical rate is low. I like the guys there. They are very accommodating. They guarantee their work. They know what they are doing. Their professionalism is good. They always have the car ready when they say it would be. The only competitive things which they don’t provide is a ride back. If I go to a dealer I would get a ride back service. I would use them in the future.

    I have bought 3 cars from them and all of them have been great. The manager Jason is amazing and the sales person Valeria is good, too. They do all the transactions, openly. They are a very helpful and informative. They are very welcoming and spend a lot of time with the customers. They allow you to drive as many cars as you want, before you choose one. I like their services and will use the same in future.
