    We had a very positive experience and we got a good deal. They let us take the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Shamrock fixed all of the issues found by my mechanic the next day. We even got a 90 day warranty at no extra charge. I would buy from them again.

I will update this review in 90 days if we run into any car issues.

    1/14/14 update, My mechanic did a followup inspection today to see if all of the work was done correctly, he found one of the items was not done. Shamrock is now working on fixing the item they over looked from the first inspection report. I will update when I get the car back and re-inspected a 3rd time.

    1/16/14 update, Shamrock replaced the steering rack and fixed the stuck moonroof sun shade, so far no additional issues found. We are impressed with their post purchase quick response.

    NOTE: Ask for Charlie, he is professional, willing to please, even post sale he is very responsive.

    IMPORTANT pre-purchase note: No matter what dealer you buy from have your trusted mechanic check it out. My mechanic found safety issues and mechanical issues with 3 cars I looked at from 3 different dealers, saving me hundreds post sale. One car that I did not buy had $2000 in needed repairs. Every dealer said that they would be surprised if my mechanic found an issue.

    We purchased a car from Coventry Auto back in November 2013. So far we found one issue that they took car of after the 30 day warranty was up. They also addressed issues uncovered by my mechanic before the sale was finalized. I would buy from them again.

    I was given the run around on a used 2006 Subaru legacy I was looking to get more information on. I was shown a dirty 2006 Legacy that the salesmen said was just traded in and they did not have time to clean or check out. When I requested a CarFax, it took 3 days of back and forth texting messages and phone calls to get the CarFax emailed to me. I was disappointed to find out from the CarFax that Suburban Subaru had the Legacy for 4 months, not the few days I was told. The CarFax also showed that dealership posted the car for sale in July of this year and the CarFax did not show that the head gasket was replace as I was told by the salesmen. I am not sure what they were trying to hide, I am shopping elsewhere. Buyer beware, if you purchase a used car I would recommend having a independent mechanic you trust check the auto out before make a final offer.

    I used Dubois to inspect two used cars I was planning to buy. They saved me from buying the first used car that would of cost me over 1000 in repair work. I ended up buying the second car that only needed a new battery that the seller installed for free.
