The owner Tim Parkey came out to give me an estimate to do a gas line and some plumbing work. Tim spent 30 minutes at my house, and said he would have an estimate to me that afternoon or the next day. I called his office following up 5 business days later as I never heard from him. Now 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm very disappointed that I took half a day off work waiting for him to show up to give me an estimate, then he doesn't even have the decency call me back.

They told us that the other heater that we had was becoming defective and would result in failure during winter. It's great. It's affordable and it helps us heat our house. We have an all electric home, very large home, with electricity, it will really run the bill up. Since we have natural gas, it's affordable. We had a gas leak and within an hour there was a man out. They responded right away.

After water shorted the electric blower in our furnace, we had Parkey's come out and replace it.  The original trouble call was $75 and the workman showed up within a four hour window.  After looking at the furnace, he determined it needed a new blower.  Since he didn't have one with him, he said he would have to return the next day to install it.
As promised he did return the next day and installed the system for approximately $600, which I thought was fairly expensive.  We haven't had any problems since Parkey's repaired the heater, but we haven't had much occasion to operate it either.
I would use them again, but I would expect to pay for their promptness and competent workmanship.

I first learned of Mark Keesling as the provider who installed and replaced the water heater in a house I bought in Woodland Park. There were other things I wanted done so since I knew he was located in Woodland Park I called him up and had him first come and service both heaters for me. I showed him the list of things I wanted done and he gave me a quote for the work. We then scheduled for the work to be done. I asked him to change out vents on one of the heaters so that it allowed for changing of the filters on the main floor instead of having to crawl through a long and dusty crawl space to get to. This required him to custom build a set of brackets on the one floor vent that was a fresh air intake and would require a filter. He did this in a way that made changing the filter easy as well as keeping the air properly filtered. He was able with a little ingenuity and creative thinking to allow for ease of use without cutting a larger hole in the floor. As for the other intake vent once he opened it up he noticed that it could be cut a little bit more to allow better air flow which I told him to go ahead and do. He did this in a very clean and efficient manner that also allowed the newer filter holding vent to fit snugly. Now I do not have to crawl through a dusty crawl space to change the filter in the winter months due to Mark's professional work. That was the heating work Mark did for me.
As for the plumbing work, I requested that several things be done. I wanted the water line for the fridge redone and a shut off valve installed above the floor so I did not have to use the crawl space if there was ever a need to shut it off. I also wanted a sink poorly placed in the garage to be capped off and removed. I also asked for a new garbage disposal to be installed and to re-pipe the dishwasher drain into the sewer pipe located under the sink, that was currently not being used for its intended purpose. He was able to get all that done either by himself or with another licensed plumber, Bryce, who does the same level of work as he does. He also fixed several toilets for me as well, and if they could be fixed less expensively he did so. He did not try to sale me higher services or products. He made suggestions and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He would tell me his suggestions and what he would and would not do. He was friendly, courteous, punctual, and professional. His rates are very reasonable and his work is top notch. I would suggest Woodland Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs and more.

I didn't have a point of price comparison but thought that the price was pretty high.  But it is 98% efficient so we'll save on gas costs and they included several incentives so it was a good deal.
After installation the humidifier ran all the time, even when the furnace was not running. I called in the evening (Saturday) and they promised to have a technician at our home on Sunday at 2PM.  He was there, on time, and corrected the programming. He also devoted some extra time to teaching me how to use all of the many features of the computerized thermostat.
They were prompt and very professional.  We love the new thermostat and reliable heating.
I would use The heat Depot again and highly recommend their expertise.

The technician, Cecil, called to give us an estimated time of arrival.  He was punctual, professional, and thorough. I could tell he loves his job because he described everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions as well as gave advice.  He started with the tankless water heater first by flushing it with a cleaning fluid for 45 minutes or so.  While that was going, he started the service on the boiler.  While checking the burner, pilot light, and switches, he found a corrosive thermocouple that needed to be replaced.  So he replaced it and recommended that I keep one on hand, since it is the most vulnerable part that will breakdown.  He checked everything and vacuum and cleaned it up.  Then back the Tankleass water heater, since flush was finished.  He checked everything and even called the factory to check the controller workings.  We also talked about other problems that I was having with my water pressure.  He check the inlet pressure and the drop in pressure when one valve is opened.  Too much pressure drop, so he suggested the inlet regulator pressure valve need to be replaced.  Additional major service for the tankless water heater and replacing leaky water gate valves on the boiler at a later appointment.

If you have tankless water heater, these guys know their stuff.  We also got a discount for the service fees and I will get a discount on my next appointment.

Affordable Plumbing & Heat are the real deal.  Thanks!

Dave has cared for our furnace for eight years and this time we had to call him for an unusual noise coming from the furnace.  He fixed the problem (took him about 10 minutes) and because we're a long-time customer he didn't even charge us.  He always maintains the furnace perfectly!
