We've been working with Melanie for several months, and she's terrific. She's very bright, broadly experienced, energetic and positive. After a period of several poor housecleaning fits on our part, we were delighted to find her - we trust her absolutely. As far as the actual housecleaning, she's always on time, and once getting to know us we are mutulally dialed-in. Everything is very clean, she's not afraid of putting in some "elbow grease", and so far we really have not a complaint! Two things we especially appreciate: after the first few cleanings, she is very observant about how things like desk pictures and other decor and such are placed, returning them correctly when she's done; the other is her observant respect of preferences such as how our household is running on a given day, or your feelings about trade-off between "kill it dead" cleaners and "save the planet" cleaning agents. We all believe how we want it is right, but we're all different, and she quickly adjusts. My wife and I discussed this before leaving this review, and we mutually highly recommend her.

They were really good. I'd give them an "A" overall. I'd give them "A's" across the board. I would definitely use them again in the future. I just felt that they did a little extra, more than normal housekeeping. Very good attention to detail.

    Faustino's Housekeeping
This was the last day of a move-out and a promised helper of mine failed to show up and I was desperate. Another friend found Faustino's on Angie's and got me the phone number. One call later and I had help within a half hour. The cleaners went right to work. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. They even assisted me with things that were beyond their purview. All three contracted areas were cleaned and sanitized completely to my satisfaction. They even cleaned cabinets that were not included in our agreement. I could not have been happier with the results. They were "life-savers" for me in my situation.
And yet my hiring them provided even more of a rescue for me. Mario Flores, the business (manager?) attempted, at my request, to secure a trash hauler for me to help with another situation in which I was desperate. When he was unable to secure that service he took on the project himself for a very reasonable fee. Again, a life-saver.
I would --- and will --- recommend Faustino's Housekeeping to anyone needing this sort of excellent service.

We had company coming into town and I had requested through a written note to have an extra cleaning.  In the note I had asked for them to clean on Friday, April 15.  After talking with Sue we decided that some would come on that Friday and clean the upstairs and others would would do the downstairs on Wednesday afternoon, my regular day and time on the opposite week of my normal cleaning.  Then she called and said that she had regular clients on Fridays and if it was vital she would ask them to be cleaned on Thursday so mine could be done on Friday.  I told her that Thursday would be fine for the upstairs and Wednesday for the downstairs.  On Monday, April 11 in the afternoon, Kelsey shows up to clean the downstairs.  Kelsey said she thought it was the wrong day because I had asked her if she would be here on the Wednesday and she said she thought she would.  I let them go ahead and clean and then I told her of some concerns that I had about the new girl's quality of work.  Specifically, she used a feather duster on the furniture.  All that does is stir the dust which resettles down a couple of hours later.  That evening I could take my hand and make a swipe across the table and leave a dust free swipe.  Also, the fireplace mantle and ledge were never wiped.  Kelsey always did an excellent job whichever room she did.  The first 2 times the lady that did the kitchen did an excellent job but then I was told she and Sue had a disagreement and she quit.  Then a young pregnant girl was here and she also quit over a disagreement with Sue.  I was concerned about new people in the house each time.  I did not know how well they were screened or if they were legally in the United States.

Sue was on vacation and it seems the schedule was a mess!  She called me on Wednesday, April 13.  She stated that I had agreed to the cleaning on Monday which I did not.  I did not appreciate being told that I was wrong/lying.  I wrote it on a calendar and having taught children for over 20 years, I have an excellent memory of dates and times!  That would have ben a week prior to company and I would have had to retouch up everything thus defeating the purpose.  I found her rude and then she told me that she did not think it would work out for her service to clean my house anymore.   That is fine.  I had my previous cleaning service for over 10 years and never a problem.  I am concerned that Sue does not have the people skills nor scheduling skills to operate a business.  I find it very concerning that she would call a client and accusing them of lying about a scheduled appointment.  I am looking forward to finding a new service that is dependable and reliable.

Called several times to get an estimate as well as send in an Angie's List email/estimate to their business.  After 5 days of not hearing from them, called again.  Finally got someone on the line, only to find out we are not in their service area.  I was told they could still clean my home, BUT I would have to pay a $46 Travel Fee to the cleaner for her travels in addition to the cleaning fee.  Also was told since I'm not in their service area their rates will not be competitive.  When I asked her to define, "not competitive", she said she would have to charge me MORE than her local clients because I live outside their service area.  I am only a 20 minute drive from their facility - it's not like I live in Denver.  First impressions, not good.

    Just Like New Cleaning
I used them for window cleaning and I thought he did a great job and the price was reasonable. I subsequently called them for a cleaning project and ask if she could perform the service/task. She said she would. I also told her I would be willing to pay extra for the short notice. On the day she was supposed to come and clean, she failed to show up. I would have completely understood if she would have told me that because of the short notice she was unable to do it. I thought the lack of professionalism was completely suprising. Just call, and tell us you can't make it. No big deal. I then emailed her through Angei's List to give her an opportunity to explain her no show, and she failed to respond. Hence the F. If I conducted my business in this manner, I'd be out of business within months, as well I should be. Lesson learned.

I really appreciated the honesty and straight talk.  I can't use them this time, but it seems to me that a full schedule speaks loudly about the high quality of their work.  I will try calling them again some day.

    Stephanie's Shine
Stephanie provided home cleaning and carpet cleaning.  This was a difficult job and I was very pleased with the outcome.  Attention to
detail and thoroughness were apparent when the job was completed.  Great job and a great attitude.  Thanks again!!!!

They did a good job cleaning our house every other week for 6 weeks. They rescheduled due to "employee child care" problem.which We agreed to a new date  and time for the make up cleaning,  but then they did not show up and did not call.  I called and left a message asking when they were return call. That was two weeks ago so I consider them having quite without notice.

Sue and her wonderful staff replaced my previous cleaning service. They have done a wonderful job. The price is comparable to other services and Sue is committed to professional, conscientious detail. They take care to mind the cats and often take a minute out of their time to be sweet to our puppies. Coming home to a shining house is a challenge with six pets and three teenagers, but Sue and her staff keep me sane!
