    It was freezing food in the refrigerator and the water line was frozen. He never thawed the water line and now it is not cooling. I called to have them come back, he did not have the part on his truck, but there was one in Denver. He stated the soonest they could get the part from Denver (58 miles away) was next week. I am a former sears employee and I never experienced such poor service. I can see why Sears is going out of business. It was $89.00 for the repairman to just walk in the door.

    Went very well.  The diagnosis was performed in less than half an hour.  There was an extra delay of a couple of days to get the pump (one warehouse was out of stock so another warehouse was contacted).  The pump repair and final test took less than an hour.  The washer has worked perfectly since then.

    My dryer quit working because it needed a new heating element.  This was a very expensive repair, but since the dryer is relatively new, we decided to proceed.  It really helped that the service call charge was credited back to me, which is not the policy of ALL repair people.  Since the dryer vent length is really long and there was a lot of lint build-up, we decided to clean the vent as well.  
    Richard was straight to the point and professional.  This was a really expensive repair but I feel confident that he did his best.  Richard was polite and showed up when he said he would.  I would definitely call on Appliance Pros again.

    The service calls were not overly priced compared to other repair companies.  However, this provider does NOT refund any of the initial service call price, even if they do the repair.  In my case it would have been a big deal because my dryer needed over $400 in repairs and then the service call was an additional $60.

    It went fantastic! The service man was efficient, courteous and the whole experience was effortless! My disposal broke in the morning and by mid afternoon, I was up and running with a new replaced one! I highly recommend going to them if you need appliances and/or any work done! Just a pleasure starting from the people in the store to the serviceman!

    The two men delivered as promised: on schedule, hooking up the icemaker, and hauling the old frig to our garage as requested. Careful to avoid damage to flooring in the process; friendly and professional.

    I called on a Monday and got scheduled for the very next day at 10:30AM. Very quick and easy process. The technician (Nohea) actually called around 9:15 stating he was running early and offered to get to the house sooner, which was OK with me. He checked our washing machine, which is 25 years old ! He diagnosed the problem but stated that the parts are no longer made. So I figured the machine was a goner. BUT - Nohea offered to try a fix. He managed to patch the machine up and it works like it is new! Macguyver's got nothing on this guy. I don't know how long the washer may last, but Nohea didn't push a new washer on us, and didn't give up on trying to fix it. He charged the regular service call, and $20 bucks for the repair. I am very pleased with Quick Applicance Repair and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

    Came on time..very professional..just moved here and went to Angies List to find someone. Read all the reviews and picked Quick. What I like is that when you call for service again, same person will come out..then they are familiar with you and your appliances.

    The came out and put in a new disposal for me. When they left the new one did the same thing. I figured out that it was the switch and not the actual diposal

    They just came in and put the new one in without seeing if it really needed to be replaced.

    I had to call them back to get this switch replace and luckily they didn't charge me for that.

    They should have just checked what the problem was before doing anything.

    I had a problem on Saturday evening and he came at 10:00 PM to fix it. Next he came out within an hour to fix the stove. He was absolutely fantastic. He was extraordinarily helpful. He was polite. He did what he needed to do. It was a really wonderful service. He was extraordinarily responsive. He set a time and he was there. He was extraordinarily courteous, professional, and careful. He made sure he did not make a mess and he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him. I would use them in the future.
