As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. AKoalaty Siding RepairKoality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range.- Joel S.

Ben, the owner, went over and above working all weekend to get the work done before our tenants moved in on Monday. He even came to my residence to pick up a very heavy vanity that was delivered to my residence and not the job site. The owner did a great job keeping in touch and providing status updates of the work while we were of of town. He even fixed the seal on the toilet in another bathroom that was not part of the job. Project Managers Dominic Simon and Miguel Lara made sure we were in good hands with everything to include: color of siding, repair of old water damage, special siding selections of gables and shake installation. To produce beautiful Hardy Board Siding on good bones. They produce quality results and know exactly what is needed. Trust them. They will not steer you wrong. I had tears.
