AM&M Handyman Services, LLCIt went fantastic. "Mark, Laurel, and Co." built the room that we dreamed of. My mother had drawn up the plans. She is primarily a kitchen and bathroom designer who has interacted with many, many builders and contractors over the years. Mark is her favorite. From the first meeting, she was impressed that "he wants to build the room that you want" and she continued to be impressed by every high quality step along the way. Mark was there every day, not only to supervise, but to work alongside his employees. He and Laurel worked with us through all the details of balancing what we wanted with what we could afford. He did a particularly beautiful job of laying the tiles in an unusual pattern that we had chosen. He built an exquisite, "stick-built" ceiling instead of an ordinary truss, so that we could have the cathedral ceiling we wanted. Another detail I want to mention is that he built custom terraced stairs from a composit material that allows us not to worry about maintaining wood. The work was completed about 9 months ago and it completely opened up and improved our home. We love our room and would absolutely recommend Mark for any project.- Gretchen H.

AHigh West Siding and Windows, Inc.The project manager was good about providing me updates of the arrival of materials and the ETA for the install to take place. The provider of materials TEMO, took a long time, but that can be expected with anything sunroom related. My job was a difficult job that I think they handled with great expertise. They had to replace a badly hail damaged sunroom roof from the 90's and integrate a brand new TEMO sunroom roof. They made a recommendation of inclining the sunroom roof more to allow for better drainage which required integrating into the main composite shingled roofline--again not an easy job. Brian and his son were out here having to shovel snow off practically every time, but they pulled through in the end and were always trying to make sure you were satisfied with the progress. Very professional and nice to talk with too. I can also state from experience, that if there was a problem and even after paying them in full, they still were very responsive and came back out to address any issues. I will hire them again when we have enough money to do the walls of the sunroom and integrate the whole TEMO system.- Brandon K.

AParamount Remodeling Company IncThis was a fairly large home remodel and addition project. Paramount did an outstanding job and I would certainly hire them again. My project involved the removal of an exterior wall and the placement of a beam in that wall to extend the house. It was complicated, and it needed firepower and expertise, which these guys had. They did an excellent job and nothing was too complicated for them. They maintain constant communications with rapid callbacks and with their mobile app. The mobile app also keeps the homeowner abreast of all change orders and the status of the project. Importantly, the mobile app keeps a constant watch of the total project cost. Overall, these guys were fabulous and I would highly recommend them.- Carl F.

AWe used Dixon Renovation Squad to redo three shower/bath alcoves in our home. They were easy to work with, stuck to the estimated budget and quickly responded to us when we had questions or needed them. We did have one issue with the plumber they used (no longer with them) but Shannon was extremely responsive and got it corrected quickly. Their tile team did a great job and even stayed late one night so that we could have a working shower. Shannon and Ken came to inspect the job after it was finished and we were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to our friends!

AMy entire condo was remodeled, walls, paint, cabinets, floors, etc. Nick had amazing ideas on the remodel that gave me so much more room, especially in the kitchen. The work was completed on time and the quality was excellent. Any issues were addressed immediately. Nick and his partner were very friendly and took extra steps to make sure everything went smoothly all the way up to moving back in. I would not hesitate to hire again for future projects.

FThis was for a square concrete patio. Seemed great, got started right away but no communication on what was being done or when. Originally we were told it was 3 days of work and 3 for drying, Lee was only here for a few hours at a time, would email that he was coming one day and wouldn’t show. He said they would handle clean up, but any debris or items that needed to be removed were left for us to take care of. The backfill of dirt that was brought in spilled and was left on our driveway and grass, concrete was also spilled and left in our grass. They had extra and dumped it into our landscape rocks. The lines were cut into the concrete after it was dry and are crooked and chipped. We were told he’d offer some money back but after months of emails and a call Lee is unresponsive. We also have a line of extra dirt around the patio to “hid” the uneven and crooked edges. We are stuck with a huge concrete patio that just doesn’t look good at all.
