    Sarge & Company Stucco Repair
Sarge came to our house to give an estimate for our stucco job.  He spent a good amount of time explaining what work we needed and how it would be performed in great detail.   He was happy to do the work, but was upfront about how for various reasons including the small size of our job and the custom work that we needed we could get a handy man or someone else for a lot less money than what he would charge for his crew.    We appreciated his honesty, knowledge and time spent.  I would recommend him for sure.  Great customer service.

    Sarge & Company Stucco Repair
We're a homeowner's association and he does very good work. He has excellent skills recognizing the issues of problems in Stucco and not trying to create things that are not a problem. He does very prompt, good work. My impression in working with him is that he's an excellent contractor, honest, above board and will work with you very closely to get done what you need. He has very reasonable prices. It's only been two years but it looks like all of his work is very good and has held up very well. Absolutely, we will be using him in the future.

    Sarge & Company Stucco Repair
Perry was prompt and kept his appointments, working around other maintenance items going on at the property. He did great work-patching some tree damaged stucco areas was a work of art. Very meticulous and willing to repair whatever we found that needed it. The only issue would be the amount of matrial left over, but this is apparently related to who makes up the patch compound.

    Sarge & Company Stucco Repair
Sarge and Company did a great job of repairing our stucco.  The job included crack sealing, joint sealing, and stucco repair on our 16 unit Townhome Association. Perry Babel responded to our phone calls, provided a thorough estimate, was punctual, and did great work for us.  We will use Sarge and Company again!

    Five-Star Remodeling and Painting
From the first phone call I made to this "company", something didn't feel right to me. I trusted my instincts and did my research and I think it probably saved me a lot of money, time and probably some serious legal trouble over the whole permit thing. Please be careful of this guy.

    Saxton Construction
The second story and huge front porch were what we contracted for this second project. Mr Saxton, had at earlier discussions that he doubted the first floor was structurally sound to add a second floor. We had an engineer confirm this and they made plans to 'float' the second floor. He did the city permit work for us including haveing an engineer verify our archetecht's schematic drawings. He provided us a schedule of when to expect which pieces of the project to start and end. He was up front about the fact that our lawn would be trashed and was not part of the price. Other bidders never even mentioned what they did not cover. This candor was appreciated and prepped us. The two biggest comments/compliments from our neighbors who watched the project with great interest while we were away were - 1) we have never seen so many people work on a project at one time and 2) it doesn't look like a pop-top. His subcontractors were always polite and do not seem to have the cliche issues of not showing up or not working while on site. Mr.Saxton was attentive to daily progress and there was never a day without some work going on. As issues came up he contacted my husband and I for a quick resolution -= and trust us old houses always come up with something. He never failed to provide a solution and even bad news was delivered in a postive way with a reasonable solution. Similar to the first job, Mr. Saxton, gave a price and a completion date to start the project. He completed both jobs ahead of schedule. Prices only deviated when we changed something or went over our allowances for tub or light fixtures. And most of the time he was able to offset these with another option. Our project is exactly what we expected and then some and it cost with in 1% of what the original quote was. Even after his jobs are complete he follows-up to ensure things are as they should be. We got more than we bargained- in the positive way. We recommend Saxton Construction continually to our friends and work colleagues. At present count I think he has done a kitchen, garage, and another porch. They have been pleased and say Chuck breaks the mold on cliche contractors.

    DENVER CUSTOM PLASTERING
Denver Custom plastering gave us a mid-range bid and we really felt great about the questions the owner Robert asked us and ideas that he had. After we decided to hire them, Robert came out and provided us with several texture examples on large boards and in several colors that we were interested in before the work began. He also had all the sidewalks covered, got the needed permits, placed a roll-off dumpster in front of our house and a port-a-pot behind the house for his crew. Robert's crew showed up at 7 am each morning and didn't leave until the evening. Robert had several project that he was managing but found the time to come and work on the more detailed aspect of the work himself. Although we were going to just patch the old stucco, Robert discovered that the previous stucco company had not papered behind everything and water damage to the house was beginning to occur (the old stucco job had only been done 4-5 years previously). I saw the rusty staples, the missing paper and the stains from the water damage on the wood. He split the cost with us for the additional cost of removing all the stucco from the house. After the first layer of color went on we changed our minds and Robert had the new color we chose custom matched and personally brought us a sample. He also worked with us to make sure that the transition between the original brick house and the new addition looked great and other issues were smoothed out. I could go on and on about the excellent work that Denver Custom Plastering did. We absolutely love the color, texture and quality that we received and so do our neighbors and friends! Many neighbors we didn't even know have stopped to comment on how great our house looks. In all of our remodeling expenses, Denver Custom Plastering was one of the best values for the service and work received. We paid a little over the original estimate to have the old stucco removed but they split the cost with us and it made for a much better end product! Denver Custom Plastering went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend them to everyone! There are a lot of stucco companies out there but Denver Custom Plastering is who we trust!

It went very well. There were extra charges since we needed more hours. They were very quick to respond, especially in a big deal situation.
