FI signed up for cleaning services. No one showed up twice in a row. I asked for a refund and they told me they would charge me a $99 fee for terminating my plan early. I would not wish to terminate my plan if somebody would actually show up. I'm not interested in paying for a ghost cleaner.

ABoth of my parents have had major medical procedures this year and needed some help with keeping up the house. I had a woman I found on FB helping, but was unreliable and kept rescheduling on us. I reached out to Cervantes Cleaning in desperation, and my call was returned within 30 min.! Very professional conversation and they were actually able to come next day! These two women are AMAZING!!!! Showed up ON TIME, and wearing masks! We showed them what we needed and they stared cleaning immediately after giving their quote. Very reasonable with all of the cleaning(deep clean) they did! It was what my mom would say "her clean"! We have continued to use this amazing duo weekly and they have been friendly, great with our pets, great with my parents, and always wearing masks! I would HIGHLY recommend these 2 to anyone, which I have! I look forward to Thursdays knowing the house will be spotless and smell fresh! These two are awesome!
