ALynch Home ServicesMy house feels brand new and like a home again. My home is 21 years old. It helped raise three children and a few pets along the way. It was showing it's age and damage that can come with three kids! Greg helped with the process from start to finish. From a great referral for carpet to helping my husband let go of brass colored fixtures!! I would give Greg and his team the keys to my house. ALynch Home ServicesThis was a great experience working with Greg! His work and responsiveness is 100% professional and he was very patient and offered valuable input. Since this was a first time project for me, I made many mistakes. But, Greg, would doublecheck with me and help me find an affordable fix. His prices are more than fair, and when we asked for additional help on related projects, he took into account that he was finishing the job somewhat sooner that expected, so, the additional work didn't impact the budget nearly as much as I expected! We really wondered if he was making any money on this project because his total bill for the job was so reasonable and the finished product was so spectacular! Greg is polite, punctual as were the sub contractors that he hired. His work was faultless and he kept the site clean and orderly. He took care to protect the carpet leading down to the basement. I couldn't find any issues at all, and, not only would I hire him again, but, I would accommodate my schedule in order to hire him rather than go with anyone else! Great job! AJ.S.T.HandyI have used their services three times now, and will call them again when needed. John was very communicative, was clean, competent, and I felt comfortable even leaving him alone in my house. I found him to be a genuine person, and a good hard-working young man. I have engaged him to put together furniture, run coaxial cable through walls, build shelves, paint the interior of closets, drywall mud and texture, as well as some other miscellaneous smaller items that I really needed a younger person (who was not afraid of heights) to help with. I would feel comfortable engaging him for just about anything that a home needs to stay in good shape, or to improve the property simply to put a smile on my face when I get home! I thought he did a good job, and, I think it is rare to find a service that shows up when they say they will, not cancel on me three or four times, and be willing to do what I would consider some small tasks that the average homeowner should be able to do themselves (but maybe can't, or simply would prefer a professional to take care of). If I ever make the decision to expand my exterior deck, or paint the exterior, I will absolutely consider these guys (probably my next larger projects). I have only worked with John thus far, but I consider myself a fairly good judge of character, and my guess is that John's partner is very similar in character. John was happy to have the work, and I was happy that I had someone reliable and trustworthy to do the work.- Jeff G.
