As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.- Joe L.

ALynch Home ServicesThis was a great experience working with Greg! His work and responsiveness is 100% professional and he was very patient and offered valuable input. Since this was a first time project for me, I made many mistakes. But, Greg, would doublecheck with me and help me find an affordable fix. His prices are more than fair, and when we asked for additional help on related projects, he took into account that he was finishing the job somewhat sooner that expected, so, the additional work didn't impact the budget nearly as much as I expected! We really wondered if he was making any money on this project because his total bill for the job was so reasonable and the finished product was so spectacular! Greg is polite, punctual as were the sub contractors that he hired. His work was faultless and he kept the site clean and orderly. He took care to protect the carpet leading down to the basement. I couldn't find any issues at all, and, not only would I hire him again, but, I would accommodate my schedule in order to hire him rather than go with anyone else! Great job! AApple RemodelingApple just completed a five month project involving about a dozen subcontractors and at least the same number of inspections by Building department. Due to Ted’s close oversight and frequent presence on site everything went smoothly, on budget, and on time. There are always some cost adjustments and occasional timing issues in construction, but none had any negative effect on our 100% total satisfaction with Apple. There were no surprises and no BS. Ted was thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of entire process, easy to work with, and kept the subcontractors on task and on schedule.- S M.

AD&J FlooringDon and his crew did a great job leveling our old garage floor which was a mess with heaving concrete and broken up pieces of old texture and repairs. This was a tough job that required a lot of leveler pouring and it turned out great (see before and after pics below)! AI had a flooring accident that needed attention. I was very worried and tight on budget. I thought it’s going to cost me a fortune. I called Modern Flooring Services to come out and give me an estimate. They were punctual and polite. They gave me helpful advice on how to efficiently fix the issue. After taking their professional advice our family ended fixing it ourselves. Thanks to Modern we didn’t lose an arm and a leg in the process.

Chad & and his son Parker were very helpful in helping us understand timelines and providing us choices & recommendations during the installation.
