AParamount Remodeling Company IncAfter meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.- Joe L.

Workers were thoughtful and courteous, and used masks while in on our premises. We enjoyed working with them and love the new basement. Communication was good and we loved the online Co-Construct App so we could communicate quickly and get updates So beautiful—grandkids tested and approved! AKoalaty Siding RepairKoality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range.- Joel S.

AZen Windows DenverI would recommend Zen windows in a heartbeat. I only needed two windows replaced in my apartment, which most companies will not want to do because it is too small a job. I spoke with Andersen windows and they quoted me over $5000.00! They were great windows, but still... So, I looked for other options and found Zen windows. I liked their approach and philosophy. There was absolutely no pressure. The price they quoted me was what I paid: $2300.00. That included new windowsills. The windows I chose were not the same quality as the Andersen windows, but they are still great for what I need. I was not there for the installation, but my husband really liked the installer. Everything was done in a couple of hours and looked great when I got home. From my angle: great value for your money.- maud S.

ALynch Home ServicesThis was a great experience working with Greg! His work and responsiveness is 100% professional and he was very patient and offered valuable input. Since this was a first time project for me, I made many mistakes. But, Greg, would doublecheck with me and help me find an affordable fix. His prices are more than fair, and when we asked for additional help on related projects, he took into account that he was finishing the job somewhat sooner that expected, so, the additional work didn't impact the budget nearly as much as I expected! We really wondered if he was making any money on this project because his total bill for the job was so reasonable and the finished product was so spectacular! Greg is polite, punctual as were the sub contractors that he hired. His work was faultless and he kept the site clean and orderly. He took care to protect the carpet leading down to the basement. I couldn't find any issues at all, and, not only would I hire him again, but, I would accommodate my schedule in order to hire him rather than go with anyone else! Great job! ANew Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased both with him and the company he works for, so much so that we have recommended New Windows to a local friend and our daughter in Cincinnati, both of whom are looking to install new windows in their homes. It's nice to know that New Windows stands by their product/warranty even 10 yrs. after installation!

AAll the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English.
