Had a puddle in my basement after a downpour. They found the crack that was the most likely culprit and sealed it. The sump pump wouldn't fit where originally planned, so they had to add a few feet of drain along the interior wall. Inside everything seems OK. The concrete sidewalk and lawn they dug up for the drain outside are a bit of a mess. Be forewarned. They will ask you to commit to service at the time of the free estimate or lose out on a 10% discount.

It works well.  We've had additional heavy rains since that time and beforehand, our basement was completely flooded but it has not flooded since, and our sump pump is working well.  They are very responsive; they come out and check it once a year.  I thought their Radon team was a little sloppy and ill prepared and I thought the results were pretty ugly.  They did great on the water thing, which I think is their main work, but on Radon, not so hot.  Other firms are less expensive.

Felipe and his crew did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient, explaining each step of the way what they were doing. They closed off the area to keep cement dust out of the house and cleaned up the area when finished. They also did a good job in getting the sump pump to the outside, removing a strip of the cement patio and re-cementing the area. Highly recommend this company.

    Remcon Cleaning and Restoration
They didn't actually provide any services, but Larry called me back that evening and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going over the steps I needed to take to mitigate the water and potential mold damage in my basement including water removal, how the dehumidifier works, how to place fans in the basement and how air movement works and even how to put bleach water on the floor to allow it to vaporized into the air to prevent molding. I'm in the customer service industry and without even charging me, all of that information was worth all the money in the world to me. Thanks Larry!!!!

The company was very punctual throughout the entire process. We ran into some additional difficulties due to our drains were leaking in several places. This set back the schedule for our work, but the company did everything to meet my time frame. I was very happy with their ability to stay on time despite the additional work we needed to get done. They communicated very proactively.
Augustine and his crew were fantastic. They worked tirelessly on getting everything done as we had be promised. The crawl space went from a nasty muddy panic attack causing nightmare to a place that smells great and is free from mud, bugs, and odors. Augustine always called before coming. They were also very careful about not tracking mud through the house.
The sidewalk crew that lifted the concrete to properly drain were very careful and accomplished a proper angle for draining.
I was so happy to do business with them.

    PINNACLE STRUCTURAL SERVICES
So I thought the initial visit went pretty well.  The guy seemed friendly and knowledgeable.  I had him take a look at my basement for some repair work and a drainage system.  He looked at that and provided me some rough numbers.  Then he also stated I had a foundation problem that required 2 piers.  Note, he also recommended that I have a structural engineer take a look as well.
I hired a structural engineer and he was furious that the company suggested piers.
In the end, I only felt they were partially selling me.  It was more of a situation of if your only tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.  I would probably hire them if I had a specific repair plan from a structural engineer.

Called complete basements systems about getting my dirt crawlspace sealed off with a vapor barrier. I had a few questions about different methods. The company sent me out a very informative guide book that covered crawlspace issues and how to address them. Dave came to the property to do an on site analysis and was very professional, informative, honest and did not recommend anything that I did not need. I received a very competitive bid and was very happy with the company. An unforeseen financial obligation came up and I had to hold off on the job for now, but will contact complete basement systems to do the job when we are ready.

It went great! The roof was installed promptly and looked wonderful when complete. No problems since and the crew was friendly and left my home clean and the way it was prior to install.
