    I have been a satisfied client of Sooner Appliance Repair on several occasions in the past; unfortunately, on this one I have to give them an "F". Our dishwasher -- Blomberg, a European maker, but not impossible to work on -- ceased functioning on a Wednesday (7/04/2018), during a week in which we had house guests, and really needed a dishwasher. Sooner has been my "go-to" appliance repair company for some time, so I placed a call and left a message requesting a call-back so that we could schedule a repair. (Ryan, the owner, does not retain a receptionist -- all service requests require the customer to leave a voicemail message, with a call-back by Sooner to confirm the request and schedule an appointment). Thursday passed, then Friday -- no return call. I placed another call to Sooner on Friday afternoon, and again requested service -- again no response by the following Monday. On Tuesday, I placed a call directly to one of Sooner's service technicians (I had his business card from a previous service call). The technician informed me that unfortunately, Sooner DOES NOT REPAIR BLOMBERG APPLIANCES. In my original voicemails, I had mentioned that we needed a Blomberg dishwasher serviced; rather than return my calls and pass on the news that we needed to look elsewhere for service, Sooner simply IGNORED THE THREE SERVICE REQUESTS, over the course of nearly a week. I was able to locate an appliance repair company that does work on Blomberg units; but at this point we have been living without a dishwasher for nearly two weeks. Irresponsible behavior just lost Sooner a previously-satisfied customer --

    Lenny was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at repairing our washing machine. It needed a new pump. Lenny arrived in the window as scheduled and was finished in under an hour. The pricing was very fair and also used the Angie's list coupon. I would highly recommend them and would hire again! I did call on a Monday for service and this particular week they had several workers out, so couldn't schedule until Friday.

    Paul was fantastic! My husband had tried to fix the dryer himself, so Paul was extremely patient getting the dryer back in order for him to take a look at. We needed a new control panel and Paul not only did some research for me, and knowing that my husband had already tried to fix it, he walked me through the steps so that when we got the piece in the mail, my husband could properly install it, not at all trying to convince me that he needed to come back to do it which I appreciated! We ordered the piece and now our dryer is completely fixed! Will most definitely use Tubby's again!

    They have been very good. They did a great job. It wasn't draining, the fellow came and he found out it was that my nephew had put in a new garbage disposal and he hadn't opened up something and that's why it wasn't draining. The fellow said oh this is an easy one and he fixed it and told us what was going on. It was a very inexpensive repair. The price was reasonable, there is always a service charge for showing up. I would use him again.

    I had a recommendation for another company, but it turns out that they don't work in my part of town, so followed that company's secondary recommendation for Best Service Company. I scheduled online, received a fairly prompt phone call to confirm the schedule. The technician showed up right at 2PM (for a 2PM-4PM window time). I explained the problem, what I had diagnosed so far, and told him my suspicion was a circuit board problem with the control panel board. He agreed that it was the likely culprit. However, in diagnosing the problem, the technician simply found a broken wire going into a relay. So what I was sure was going to be a $500 job turned into 15 minutes and a $157 repair bill. Amazing! I am extremely grateful for them not taking advantage of me and selling me a new board when I didn't need one - which they could have done without me blinking. I would highly recommend Best Service Company!

    The actual work went fine. In order to get someone to come out they direct your call to India. It took several times to get someone who knew what they were doing to come out and they charge you every time someone came out. They're a little overpriced. Their communication is terrible. The guy that showed up and did the work was fine. I would only use them again if I absolutely had to.

    It went very well. Paul was most knowledgeable about his troubleshooting methods to determine what was causing no air flow from the freezer to the fridge. It was a non-working fan and he went out to get the replacement fan and back to install it within one hour. I would highly recommend his services for any large appliance repairs. I had a very bad experience with another large retailer repair man and scheduling. They couldn't get someone to me within a few days. It was always two weeks out and I had the first repair guy come and go without fixing the problem. I called to get him back the same day, but the retailer would not do it and scheduled another visit two more weeks out. That second visit was cancelled because he called in sick on a Saturday and another two weeks out for another visit was scheduled. I found Paul on Angie's List and he came out the very same day that I called him.

    I would recommend him to everyone.

    Paul was fantastic! He came the day we called and fixed our leaking fridge. He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We also had to call him after the work because something wasn't working properly. He came right away that day and fixed it up again with no additional charge. We will definitely utilize him again.

    All went well. Clean, neat and very polite. Personable.
    Told me there was a deal online that if I purchased it I would get the better rate. So that's what I did! Came back a week later because I heard the motor making noise and he looked for where the sound was to be coming from. Naturally, when he arrived, the noise stopped. Ha Ha!
    Next time he said is it doesn't cause problems, he'll take care of it even when it's hot and so busy in the middle of summer. Not to worry.

    Very friendly, professional and communicated well. Very happy with the service. I was surprised that he charged me for the trip to pick up the part, cause I had told him about the igniter before hand. Seemed like it may have been a communication issue.
