    I've been using Friesen's for a few years now.
    I knew they were legit when Brakes Plus told me I needed: A new tie rod, new wheel bearings, and new brakes, costing over 1500.
    I took it to Friesen's for a second opinion, they said I only needed a right wheel bearing, which was $300.
    They could have lied or said they'd do it for less but they're straight forward.
    Every item I've had repaired here is fixed, and that's it, no further issues.
    What stinks is they're expensive. Labor often costs more than the parts. But they do excellent work and they do it right.
    So, try to do what you can on your own :), but they're legit and will fix you correctly the first time. I gave a B for price... but you really do get what you pay for in this case.

    Lube Stop
    I've been going to the Lube Stop since I moved to Wellington.  We take all our cars there and have never had a problem.  We have 10 classic cars plus our truck and my car and we take all of them to the Lube Stop for servicing.  John, the owner, is friendly and honest.  He's also done some other minor work on our cars, like changing belts and replacing lights, etc.  We are so glad to have a relibable shop within minutes of our home.  We will continue to use the Lube Stop in the future.

    We had our vehicle towed to them because we had another vehicle repaired there and they did a good job.  I think they realized they had us since it was towed there.  Not only were they about 200 dollars higher than anyone around them they sat on it for a month and kept telling us they would get it in the shop in a couple days, they would get it in the next week, etc.  When I finally called them and said my truck was having issues and I needed it they told me it would be done either the following evening or the morning after.  I gave them that entire day to fix it and went in the following day to pick it up on the way to the airport they hadn't even taken it into the shop yet.  They then claimed they didn't say they would have it fixed and when called on the carpet about not even having it in the shop yet they said fine we aren't even going to fix it.  This now cost us to tow it to a new location.  Very unprofessional and rude.  The sevice manger was nice enough to apologize because it was still sitting in their lot and he felt caught in the middle of the ordeal.  They had out vehicle from Dec 24th when it was towed there until today Jan 14th when we had to towed to a differnt location.

    These guys were amazing! I had some bad work done by Titan machinery in Fort Collins and these guys redid the shaby work and really helped our truck out! They were straight forward. Extremely knowledgable and quality work. I also took my skidsteer here and even though we had no info for them on it they fixed it and were able to give us info on it. They are very quick and go out of their way to work with you and get a quality product. Such a relief to have found these guys! I will always go to them from now on.

    Two words describe these guys....HORRIBLE CROOKS! I was referred by a friend who had transmission work done there at the same time. Said very resonable priced. Yes, the old saying, you get what you pay for is true here. After my 9th return in one year I had to go some where else. The last time I picked it up and they said it was perfectly fine I drove out of the parking lot and immediately returned because it wouldn't go over 50 and no overdrive. After convincing them that wasn't ok it stayed another week. I then picked it up and died on the way home. I had it towed back to them for them to say the starter was lose and needed repair and charging me 287 dollars. Not realizing a starter doesn't make it die on the road. About 1 week after leaving there the truck wouldn't start and they had to come to my home and put the "new" starter back on. I had another problem with the starter after that to find out the case was broken and they had put a stack of washers on the broken bolt hole to try and get it to stay on. They would not fix their issue after this and I again had to go to a new shop. The two friends that referred me there had to return their transmission and gear box mult times also. Stay far away from this place!

    We have a maintenance plan so there was no cost for the oil change. The customer service has been fantastic, they always have been friendly and greeted you. In addition, they just keep you up to date on what services need to be done as well as time frames. They'll pick you up or drop you off at your home. They provide a great service. I've had no issues with them. They do great work.

    On every occasion they have fit me right in.  Very professional and will work with you on the issues.  They always call before they start the work which I really appreciated.  And they are straight forward with the issue.  I had another shop tell me my car needed a new transmission and I took it to these guys and they were straight forward and said all I needed was a new engine mount to fix the issue.  The problem went from a several thousand dollar issue to a couple hundred.

    I brought my truck in for a 10 to 40 minute recall fix. During this 10 to 40 minute fix they told me my entertainment program gave them a "flash" -?- Without giving me any input they started trying to fix, reprogram it. (It always worked just fine for me) They never gave me proper information on what was going on for the next 4 1/2 hours while I waited in the dealership. After getting my vehicle and  leaving I noticed that my entertainment system did not work proper. I came back about a week later and was promised that they would get to this right away (I had told them about my previous nightmare of sitting and waiting for 4.5 hours) I came in and gave them my truck - (I'm from out of town so had to wait again) After an hour and a half I asked what was up and they told me that they thought the Tech had gone off to lunch. I went to lunch and returned an hour later - they told me the tech was out on a test drive of another vehicle. I had to check with them again in another hour and they said the tech was off on a test drive of another vehicle. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes and finally said "get my truck - I'm out of here." I will never go back to these folks for service or sales. I buy two top of the line Dodge Cummins Diesel Crew Cabs every other year. They sure didn't care about earning my business - I can't believe they'll try hard to earn yours.
