  • I had a kitty that had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I was able to get an expedited urgent care appointment on the day I called. Everyone I dealt with by phone or at the vet hospital was GREAT. Very compassionate, caring, competent and attentive to my kitty (and me!) IV fluids were given, blood and urine were taken for tests, prescription food received. Got the test results back quickly. Dr. Rothman called, explained the results clearly, and further advised regarding diet and care. Kitty was back to his normal self in short order.

  • Kristin is a phenomenal pet sitter. I was nervous because I moved to a new city and had no friends to watch my cat. I am very glad I went with Kristin! She gave him all of his vitamins and even an extra probiotic. I’ve used her twice and she always messages me back right away, spends a lot of time playing with roary, and she sends me photos and health updates daily! My cat is very nervous and shy but after a few days of her visits he absolutely loves her! He even purrs and makes happy noises around her. I will use her again most definitely. Bonus! She even checks my mail and waters my flowers. thank you Kristin!

  • I used Pawsitive Petcare 4U to dog sit my three dogs when I found out I had to book a flight last minute and leave for the weekend. The pet sitter was very professional and gave me daily updates and pictures while I was gone. I HIGHLY recommend Pawsitive Petcare 4U if you love your animals because their service is the best!! :-)

  • Not well. I'm absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received. We LOVED Lifeline. We had a great experience, so went back for our second dog. I have a shirt to advertise them and we make sure to donate to them. We've had some issues with our new guy and reached out to surrender him. My email and my phone calls were ignored so I just showed up. I was instantly treated rudely because of my email. It wasn't rude or anything. I used the word deceitful and that upset them. All I am trying to do is get him healthy and into another home that will love him. She accused me of just not wanting a dog anymore. She told me they have no room and can't take him even though it's past 2 on a Saturday and they've adopted plenty of puppies out. She just emailed me and is now telling me to re-home my other animals because they are not getting veterinary care. I can not believe the nerve of this place. I told her I haven't taken them in yet because of finances. That doesn't mean they never go and never will. I encourage people to read some of their reviews in other places as well. After some research we found they aren't licensed through The Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA) and we reported them. I encourage others to do so as well.

  • GREAT. Pawsitive Petcare 4U was an answer to a prayer. We moved here from out of state and were returning for a week for my daughters wedding but too far to take our dog and cat. We didn't want to take them to a strange place after just moving so I did a search and found Pawsitive Petcare 4U. Kristin was amazing!!!! She took care of our fur babies like they were her own and sent daily updates and pictures to put our mind at ease. They did well with her. We will definately call again.

  • I came across Kristin and Pawsitive Petcare when I had to make an emergency, last-minute trip (a week long) back home. She responded quickly (when certain other agencies didn't respond at all), arranged a meet-and-greet with me and my cat, and came across and friendly and professional. She kept in touch several times while I was gone, kept a log of my cat's behavior, eating, and litter-box habits for the entire trip. My cat is well into her senior years, but I felt comfortable leaving under Kristen's care, and will definitely be willing to use Pawsitive Petcare 4 U in the future.

  • Corin came to our house and tailor made a program for our dog. After the set lessons we wanted a demonstration on what to look for with interactions from other dogs. She set up another session to accommodate our needs. We were very satisfied with the trainer and the results.

  • The owner of Mutley's Maid is awesome! She is responsive, professional and makes sure the job is done correctly every time. She makes sure her employees understand how she wants the job done and stands behind their work. I wish all companies were this good to deal with.

  • I took my cat here after reading several glowing reviews. My sick, anxious cat and I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes, then in the examining room for another 20 minutes before anyone ever came to see us. The first "tech" who tried to draw blood from my cat's ear to check for diabetes, stabbed my cat 7 times trying to get enough blood to actually get enough for the glucose machine to read. Blood sugar was normal. They determined they needed to do a $500 blood test. They took her to the back and refused to let me accompany her to draw blood. I could hear my cat yowling and crying in pain. When they brought her back to me, she was shaking and terrified. The vet promised to call with results within 24 hours. After waiting 36 hours, I finally called her. She wasn't available, but did return my call. She told me my cat was in renal failure. She said I could bring her in daily to give subcutaneous fluids or they could sell them to me and I could administer them, but didn't sound to enthusiastic about it working. (Side note, bags of lactated ringers there cost $44 per bag, but can be bought online for $12.) The vet didn't offer much hope for my cat surviving. She didn't suggest a prescription diet or tips on how to extend my cat's life. After doing lots of research and finding a different vet, my cat is doing well. It's been four years since her diagnosis. I do give her subcutaneous fluids several times a week and feed her prescription cat food, but you would never know she was sick.

  • DON'T GO THERE! We took our 16 year old Shitzu to be put to sleep, due to his failing health. They didn't sedate prior to injecting the euthanasia shot, and he scream and writhing in pain, in my arms. What was already a horrible decision to have a fur family member put down became a nightmare.
