    Power Home Remodeling
Power is extremely communicative and professional. When you hire Power Home Remodeling, you are never in the dark about what is happening with your project. Every interaction that we had with every department was excellent. They are extremely punctual, and every service took less time to complete than initially quoted. Would absolutely hire again for any service that they provide.

    REenergizeCO Inc
All of the work was performed in a single days, despite the amount of insulation required being considerably greater that initially estimated. The house is much more comfortable and the HVAC system works less often for less time. They do great work, I would definitely hire them again.

    USI RG Insulation
Request was sent on the 20th. It is now the 27th and I have not heard back from this company. I don't know what kind of work they do. But if their responsiveness to potential business is any kind of indicator, then I wouldn't count it being good.

    GS Exterior Experts
These guys are really professional, respectful and polite and did a great job! First of all, Keith does not give the hard sales job spending hours at our house trying to get us to decide and sign right then and there which we very much appreciated. He looked at the job and did his presentation answering all our questions we had at the time. He followed up later with an estimate and promptly answered multiple questions multiple times as they came up via email which was convenient for us. I was struck by how organized and willing to satisfy the customer, Keith and his crew. were. While the job was in progress, we texted questions and concerns and Keith quickly responded. As the job was wrapping up on the final day, CJ came to answer any final questions and concerns and oversaw the crew. That was again very much appreciated. They are a James Hardie Preferred Installer, have a good BBB record and are an Angies List member with multiple and recent A ratings. They proved to be knowledgeable, strove and did quality work and we would hire them again. We are so impressed by the work performed and the finished product! It looks great and matches the rest of the house. We highly recommend them!

    Formula Roofing & Remodeling
Swiftly! I have had my roof replaced 3 times over the last 10 years due to hail damage. I never used the same company twice due to poor experiences. Most recently, I hired Formula Roofing and remodeling and they have earned a customer for life.

    Advanced Exteriors Inc
Wonderful! Not only were they the lowest bid, they got both homes on the schedule quickly and they are both completely done already. They are honest, fair, and do quality work. And the and quot;biggieand quot;, they even cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. Very hard to find these days. I wish that all companies had the integrity that Advanced Exteriors has. We worked exclusively with Mike and he was wonderful and always available.

    Stellar Windows and Insulation
We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. They showed up on time, and the second time they came out, he was going to be late because of snow, and he called me ahead of time. I did not pay anything additional. The price of the big deal was good. We would use them in the future.

    Stellar Windows and Insulation
Stellar sent Mike to look at our job and provide options and a quote. I stated that my priorities were energy efficiency, noise dampening, and that they were appropriate to the house and neighborhood both in style and cost. While my concern was not specifically cost (if there is great value in spending money for something better, that is fine) I did not want to spend too much in the context of the house and neighborhood these windows were going into.
He arrived with a couple options he felt would be ideal for us. He answered a number of questions I had about various materials and types of windows. What I was most impressed with was before he left, I asked "so if money is no object, would you advise another choice through your company that I should be installing here?" to which he replied that he really could not advise spending a lot more, because any additional return in performance and quality would nominal. This seemed like a very honest response, when they could have attempted to upsell me on something ridiculous.
I have been remodeling this house for more than three years, now. I have dealt with contractors and jobs of all sorts. Some have been absolute nightmares (like my tilers). However, dealing with Stellar has been terrific. Their prices seemed reasonable and they seemed knowledgeable. More, their guys arrived on the date provided and took the two days they said it would. They were polite, considerate, worked fast, worked around us (we have home offices), only turned on music after asking us first (and then, were very reasonable about the volume), cleaned up after themselves, and their supervisor checked up on the finished work before moving on to the next job. It really was clockwork.
Since I don't know a lot about windows, I can not authoritatively speak to the quality of the product or the work. However, our home seems warmer, it is a lot quieter, the windows look a lot better, and they seem to have been installed properly.
The only concern I had at any point was that their contract requires you to agree to third party arbitration and mediation, if there is ever a problem. In my experience and on advise of my legal counsel, this is never a good idea. I do not ever agree to arbitration clauses. However, I felt the price was reasonable enough (and every other installer seems to require the same agreement) that I would take the risk (though I did note my displeasure at the clause to the company).
Based on my experience with their sales guy, their installers, the installation, and the improvements to our comfort with these windows in the few months we have had them, I would currently recommend that someone looking for window options at least have an appointment with Stellar to see if their options and prices are for you.

    GB3 Energy Solutions
Checked house for energy leaks and first thing wants you to sign over your Excel energy rebate of $200.00. Told us our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and had high levels of the gas leaking on his meter.(over 100 , at an unsafe level) Told us to keep trap door closed to crawlspace till it gets fixed , that we'd be fine sleeping in the house. Couldn't sleep well  and had daughter bring her  Carbon monoxide meter over to check the readings because if they were as high as Nick said I wouldn't want to sleep in my house. Well the Carbon monoxide alarm read out at 0. We put it in the crawl space right next to furnace all weekend.... the meter stayed at 0. Is this what they call the scared tactic I have been hearing about? Nick  brought a heating guy the next visit and that guy told us our furnace pilot light was flickering and that meant we needed a new furnace because the flickering meant a crack in the furnace. The cheap estimate seemed way over priced. They also told us we had a small leak in roof and some mold in attic due to the leak. Well I thought it to be a bit fishy when Nick never brought me the mold and radon testing kits he promised to drop by several times. I didn't think that very professional.  To make a long story short.....  I had my friend and handyman that I have been using over 30 yrs. come over to check it all out .   He checked the roof.........No leaks. He checked the attic  where the mold was suppose  be to by leak....   No  mold.  He went into crawlspace to check out furnace. It's a tight crawlspace and he said that no one even crawled that far around my furnace to find out. There were no marks in the dirt/sand  to indicate anyone crawled that for back to even check the pilot light. The pilot light was fine because he crawled that far back.

So watch out if you choose this company. In my opinion  all they wanted was the Excel rebate.

    The Insulation Guys
Chuck and his assistant Al arrived at my home on time and ready to work. They did a fantastic job foam sealing obvious voids then filling the attic with fiberglass loose fill insulation. They were very professional and provided educational information of the process. When they were finished with the process they cleaned the area to insure no insulation was floating around the garage or drive way. Very impressed and highly recommend.
