  • This past summer, we found a small mold issue in a closet. I received estimates from three different companies. Professional Restoration had the best price and of the three companies, was the only one that performed all of the work in house (remediation and reconstruction). The other companies contracted out the reconstruction and the costs were much higher. Once the contract was signed, the team came to our house and performed the remediation within a few hours. About a week later, the reconstruction was completed within less than a day. Everyone was very professional. The team kept things clean and I couldn't have been happier with the work and the speed with which the work was completed. I would highly recommend them!

  • Dave talked me through how extensive the damage was and was honest about the job needing to be done by a larger company. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice including references for 2 larger national restoration companies that could handle the size of my flood damage. He helped me determine exactly where the problem was in my sprinkler system that caused the flooding, and talked with me for over 45 minutes giving me advice, even though he knew he would not be able to take on the work. I would absolutely recommend him and I would call him again for any less severe flooding issues.

  • Axium did our home inspection prior to closing and also our 1 year inspection. They were amazing both times! We also decided to do a radon test and ended up needing a mitigation system. Tim installed it and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with it! Would definitely hire Axium again in the future. Great customer service and attention to detail.

  • We Had Greg Come out and discuss the project with us. We discussed Total Bathroom replacement on our upstairs bath that was 60 plus years old, what we could do and what kind of materials we could choose with in our Budget. Greg went shopping with us and helped us in the design aspects, colors, tiles for the floor and walls, the new bath tub and all the fixtures. He tore everything out and found the sub floor was rotten, and floor joists needed work and mold remediation in the lower walls and floor joists. He replaced a lot of the sub floor and rebuilt areas such as the window opening which was installed incorrectly by a national company, I wont mention their name here. HmDpo LOL Anyway The bathroom turned out Great, we have a beautiful Travertine floor, wall tile to the ceiling with a great diagonal accent stripe, and oiled bronze fixtures, new paint, and everything right on time and in budget just as we discussed. We wont have anyone else do any work to our house again, and are already planning the next project with J. T. & C. now. Thank you for the great work Greg!

  • Working with Mark is always an excellent experience. He is incredibly professional and thorough. The first house he ever inspected for us was a total loss due to problems in the crawl space. Because of his well-written and concise report, we did not purchase the home and received our earnest money back. Home inspections are expensive but it's nothing compared to what we would have paid without his expertise. He is our go-to person for home inspection and follow up. He is also a champion of good work so we often ask his advice or opinion on who to call when we need home repairs done. His turn around time is extremely fast -- we were recently under a tight deadline and despite being on vacation, he scheduled us in for the day after his return and then had the report to us within 24 hours. I also love his reports because I can understand them and I have little experience with construction or home repair. I can't recommend him enough!!!!

  • Excellent - whole experience could not have gone better!  Great group of people from the estimator to the receptionist to the installation team (Kyle and Bubba).

I've been doing a large remodel on my home and have had numerous not so fun issues finding people to do work.  I didn't expect to have a radon problem but , I did and thought I would have another not so good adventure trying to find someone reliable to take care of it. To my surprise, I was taken aback by the team at All Colorado Radon Mitigation, Inc.  Everyone was very responsive, very friendly, and very professional - not at all pushy and I did not get the impression that I was going to be the sugar daddy that made them their first million!  The installation team was speedy yet very thorough and professional in doing the installation.  They were thorough in explaining the system and they all made a point of letting me know if I ever had any questions or issues to feel free to call.  I would highly recommend this group for this type of work and will definitely let my neighbors and friends know about them.  Hire them - you won't regret it!

  • I purchased the Angie's List "deal" for $55 for a radon test and $125 off mitigation. It basically was a $10 Home Depot kit. My two bigger issues are: -The mitigation estimate was $1180 AFTER the $125, which is $330 more than another quote I got to do the same work, guaranteed, blah blah -They won't paint the downspout which my HOA requires, nor will even drop the material off ahead time for me to paint it (unless I pay extra for a "service call"). This leaves me buying a 30' ladder or hiring a painter, which would no doubt cost an extra $150-$200 for something so brainless. My other quote included painting the downspout. They were quick to follow-up with the results.. on the updated proposal.

  • CHE was recommended by my insurance company for the work provided. Large job of removing asbestos floor tiles and remediation of mold due to the ball being dropped by both my insurance company and restoration company hired by my insurance company. The estimate given my insurance company and amount invoiced were exact to the penny. The job was larger than originally estimated, and they were very busy, however I feel there could and should have been better communication with the homeowners . A 3 day job took a full week, which was no problem at all, but would have liked to have been better informed about exactly what was being done and when. Workers showed up on time as scheduled, but unfortunately, we were never quite sure when they were scheduled. That said, the basement in our 50+ year old home looks almost like new. The crew working was VERY courteous and left the place very clean and tidy when the work was finally finished. Quality of work was an A+, the only thing bringing down the total grade was the communication. Nobody likes a knock on the door early on a Sunday morning with no warning. We could have made arrangements to be out of their way had we only known they were coming to work on Sunday. The crew on site were more than understanding about these issues and were completely professional. A+ to the crew doing the job.

  • First, I will say that doing inspections is tough, as its easy to get blamed for things that have been missed.  We purchase a home about every year for either investment or personal reasons and have quite a bit of experience in construction.  For this deal, we decided to pay a little more for hopefully better quality, but I'm not sure we got that.  I'll explain.
While the typical nit-pick list was generated, some pretty big and obvious things were missed.
    These include:
       * Large holes in the roof flashing around HVAC coming into the house.  We had a roofer come out to repair and he clearly showed us the holes in the flashing.  There were actual holes in the flashing that were quite visible once we had a real roof inspection done.
       * Boiler valves are leaking water constantly causing heat to run non-stop in some zones and will not run in other zones.  This was very obvious once we were in the house.  It shows that some zones were simply not tested.  I understand boilers are more complicated, but I was able to figure out pretty quick there was a problem here.
       * Dry rot on our deck, leading to a full replacement of the deck.  I know there were problems of this in the neighborhood and even mentioned it, but it was missed.  I found it simply walking down the stair and a visual inspection with my finger.
So again, inspection is a tough gig and its easy to blamed for simple things, but that's kinda the business you decide to go in and these feel like things that should have been noticed.

  • Could not have gone more smoothly!  His crew showed up when they said they would, he had the inspector from the health department already on standby if he finished that day.  The ceiling was removed and cleared the test.  I was completely impressed with his follow up with pictures of the project and all.
