    I was ready to get a new laptop, because it was running so badly. But after Matt worked his magic, my computer is running better than it ever has since I bought it. I can't believe the difference in efficiency. It's really amazing. Price was super reasonable, too. And super nice people. Over the years, I've worked with various people and companies to service my computers. There is no comparison with the quality of service I received from Lingows. They're simply the best I've ever worked with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Plus, I've been recommending them to all of my friends.

    Everything was good. He did what I needed to do so it was all good. He was really friendly and nice. He explained stuff to me pretty well and he did a good job. I thought the price was fair enough. I did take it there one day and picked it up the next day. It was pretty fast. I would use him again in the future.

    I was having issues with my wifi router not securing my internet to outsiders. He was able to solve the issue with the router that neither me nor my two grown children were able to fix. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Mark in the future. I highly recommend him if you're having this type of problem with your internet and router.

    We have been in this shop on many occasions and will continue to go back time and time again. It started very shortly after they first opened with my son's xBox that needed a new laser. iFixIt repaired it for $30 and stuck to his warranty, when we had issues again a month later he fixed it again for free. He has repaired a few cell phone screens for my company always done promptly and for an honest fee. He even shows you how much he is going to pay for the replacement part so you know you aren't getting ripped off. He has repaired my daughter's kindle so it would charge again. He has repaired my laptop when I got a memory card stuck in it. He has resurfaced many of my kids games/discs and they work like new when he is done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for anything electronic. Even if he doesn't say he can fix it on the sign I am sure he probably can. Excellent company and I wish for the best for its future.

    I am not always the most confident in using my computer programs.  I have used Dennis several times for for fixing a variety problems with my computers over the past several years.  He has also effectively and expertly guided me in purchasing updated programs and computers. He is always quick to respond, return my computer quickly if necessary for him to have, and always explains what he found and how he fixed it and what I need to do to not have that problem again.

    I am the secretary of a local Scottish Clan that also has Dennis as our website provider.  It is the primary information source for many of our members.  I work with him regularly (often weekly) on the design and the maintenance of the site.  Dennis researched the best possible program for us.  He continues to educated and assist me with this site to put membership, payment information, reservation for events, event schedules, and links to our International and other branch organizations and festivals.  We have had compliments from members, other Clans and our International organization on it's success.

    My Remote Repair
    He called at precisely the agreed upon time, and did his best to resolve my problems.  After at least 2 hours of effort, my machine is now running much better than it was.  But the total problem could not be resolved without upgrading to a newer operating system ... which could not be done remotely.

    I called Dr. Computer and told him that I was unable to access my computer.  I shared with him that I had contacted Century Link prior to calling him to notify Century Link that my computer was very slow and asked for their help.  After the representative for Century Link tried several times to find out why my computer was performing so sluggishly; she advised me to contact Century Link's technician.  I have used Dr. Computer several times before; so I called him for help.
    Dr. Computer picked up my hard drive and called me shortly after to let me know that at first he thought the hard drive was "fried".  He thought I might need to replace it.  However, he continued working on it and called me back and said he was able to restore the information on my hard drive. 
    Dr. Computer is so competent in his knowledge of computers and so professional in his business dealings.  You owe it to yourself to call Dr. Computer for all your computer needs.  You will not be disappointed.

    Richard is dependable, knowledgable, professional and great to work with. He does as much as he can remotely, which we appreciate for our off-network users and for urgent issues on the network. He is personable and will teach us whatever we want to know to handle what we can on our own.     I had recently updated my operating system to Windows 7- and since my computer is a few years old, I thought it might be a good idea to have someone check it out just to make sure that everything was working correctly. I found PC Guy on Angie's List, and purchased a coupon for 1 hour of diagnostic service & repair for $54.00. Mark definitely knows how to give good customer service. I purchased the coupon Monday afternoon, and he called me Tuesday morning to set up the appointment!     Mark showed up right on time and immediately went to work on my computer. He cleaned up a lot of files that I wasn't using and then optimized the whole system so my computer will run even faster. Before he left, he was kind enough to leave 2 of his business cards - 1 for me, and 1 to give away. It always surprises me that more businesses don't do this. I wouldn't hesitate to give someone that extra card.

    When Warren Stott arrived he never asked me what was wrong with my computer.  He just told to go to my room and not bother him.  I let him know that the computer was not sending emails.  He wanted to see the provider's black box, so I had him follow me to the basement.  He disconnected the black box, dropped it on the floor, and told me it was broken anyway, and I would need a new one.  He went back into the office, and said there was a lot wrong with the computer, and for me to stop talking and to leave so he could fix it.  I went into my room for about a half an hour, and when I went back into the room I found him sitting in front of the computer looking out the window.  He said he would need to take my computer home to repair it where he had the necessary tools to fix it.  I also asked if he could clean my 2 year old expensive printer.  He said he would return the next day and everything would be working.  He arrived the next afternoon with my computer, but not my printer.  He said that a 2 year printer was too old and I thought he may have taken it to the dump.  I asked if he could wait a moment while I sent an email, but he said he had several other appointments, and wanted his money.  I gave him a check for $125.  He took it, ran out of my house, came back and threw the broken black box at my front door.  It made a big BANG!
