    I chose him for his pricing and his availability. He was available right away - the other people wanted me to leave it with them for three days. And he said "No, I'll do it - it'll take a couple of hours at your office and I can come out tomorrow" and so I said "Done!". 

    He was polite, prompt, professional, you know, he worked actually inside of our loading dock at our office, and he left it spotless and took very good care of the surroundings there. 

    He was able to remold where the metal had been messed up and basically make it totally smooth, it looks like it just came out of the factory showroom - I mean just beautiful work. It was artistry really. I have pictures from before and I actually took some after and the difference is remarkable.

    COMPLETE AUTO BODY & PAINT
    Years ago after a car wreck I used Complete Auto Body and Paint and was very happy with their service and price.  When I damaged my back bumper yesterday, I made a beeline to them again.
    When the estimator and I walked out to see my damaged bumper, the plastic had already popped itself back out.  Carlos was kind enough to look it over and verify that nothing was damaged on the frame or underside.   
    Although nothing was done this time, I appreciated their honesty.  It would have been easy to tell me there was damage when there wasn't.  
    I was already a fan but this made me a customer for life!

    It went very well. There were delays caused by the other insurance company, but as soon as the other company agreed to pay, the work was completed quickly. The repaired area is perfect. No one would be able to tell the accident occurred.

    The manager Robert was very customer focused and did a great job with communication and service. They washed and vacuumed our car both times they had our car. They arranged for the rental car and had it delivered to their shop. We were fortunate that this was an insurance claim but I thought their costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Five Star Collision Center.

    They did an excellent work and they matched the paint on my car. My insurance paid most of the cost. They were prompt, courteous and did good quality work. They also got my car back in clean condition.

    After many missed dates for my mom's car to be done he finally said we could pick it up and leave my sister's car. My mom's car was not fixed well at all. We were told that he would fix the problems when we picked the other car. A few days later I got a letter from the Police stating that my sister's car had been impounded while being driven by a habitual traffic offender. I called Larry and asked about the status of my sister's car and was told again to check back the next day. I then informed him that I knew it had been impounded and wanted it taken care of immediately. Instead of taking care of any of the problems he just puts me off insisting he will call back. He never does. I am still out impound fees and have a horribly repaired car.

    The actual work was done well and it was quite helpful that there was an Enterprise car rental shop attached. I was not terribly comfortable with the estimator- Darol Johnson who gave me grief right from the start from not bringing the ins. co's estimate and accompanying work list with me. I had done that on purpose thinking it was better to hear the "experts" tell me what they thought should be done. I found Darol condescending and was particularly when the price went up about $500 during the work. He told me that was to be expected as the ins. co's always low ball their offers but that didn't make sense. His bid had been $500 below the ins. offer, just to miraculously end up at about the same place. It also took them nearly a week longer than I had been told when I left the car. I have no problems with the actual work though - just Darol.

    John was very very nice, honest, talkative, you never felt rushed when you were with him. He handled all of the insurance claims and rental car for me. It was seamless, painless, and affordable. We had been considering getting a new car, but for the great price, my car now looks so much better, so who needs a new car payment when John and his team are around?

    OUR OVER EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT POSITIVE. EACH TIME, AFTER COMPLETING REPAIRS, OUR VEHICLES LOOKED AS IF THEY JUST CAME OFF THE MANUFACTURING LINE. YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT ANY THING HAD EVER BEEN REPAIRED. THE STAFF ALWAYS TREATED US WITH RESPECT, AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ABLE TO GET OUR VEHICLES IN, WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. REPAIRS WERE ALWAYS FINISHED WHEN STATED, AND ON ONE OCCASION, EVEN COMPLETED EARLY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HONORED THEIR 100% SATISFACTION POLICY. ON OUR FIRST MINI-VAN REPAIR, THE PAINTER HAD REPLACED OUR REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER UPSIDE DOWN. SO IT SWEPT DOWNWARD RATHER THAN UP ON THE WINDOW. WHEN WE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK, THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND EVEN BUFFED OUT ANY REMAINS THE WINDSHIELD WIPER HAD LEFT. THEY ALSO WORKED CLOSELY WITH THE CAR-RENTAL COMPANY, SO THAT WE WERE IMPACTED BY THE REPAIR WORK AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.
