Denise was wonderful to work with-responsive and professional. We have a lot of valuable furniture and artwork and it was all well protected. Ivan was our "main man" and he was great. I was anxious about using a company I knew little about, but they were reassuring and were even able to move up the moving date 2 weeks for us. CSerg's moving incOverall, it was okay. I really liked Sergio & Shawn. Our home contents were put into storage & I am unsure if when we go to unpack them in a couple of months if they arrived their safely & unbroken. Last, Sergio did not arrive with a large enough U-Haul & had to make a subsequent trip. I did not realize it until it was too late that the original invoice that was paid in full in cash included the garage items. Sergio asked for another $486.00 to transport the items from the garage. I did not feel that this was our fault. Thank you in advance.- Jill B.

AFresh Start Moving CompanyWe had an exceptional experience with Fresh Start. The movers were extremely efficient and careful will all of our furniture and boxes. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and tried to accommodate every request during the process. They were punctual, full of integrity and very responsive. Johnathan is a very capable mover and coordinator--he demonstrates very good judgment and has a strong work ethic. The price for the move was very competitive. I would definitely hire him again without hesitation (we already reserved him for my son's move from Albuquerque to Dallas in the spring). AMovemastersI originally found Movemasters on Angie's list after a different mover gave me a ridiculously high quote. I am very glad that I called them. They stayed in communication with me in the days prior to the move, including a rescheduling needed because of weather. On the day of the move, they sent four men and two trucks to move our heavy furniture and other items. The guys were very professional, friendly and efficient. They were also very careful with our belongings. In the end, the bill came to within about $50 of the original quote, which I think is a great job of quoting. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AGreat! First of all, Serg’s was THE only company that responded to my request, and they came all the way to Northern Nevada from Southern California, via Arizona. That’s a lot of driving for a small job. Sergio and his partner Marco completed the job in under 2 hours, including some tricky stairs at the final location. The Serg’s Moving price was very fair, and we saved additional money by renting a small UHAUL truck. This company is a keeper!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
