ABlue Aspen Janitorial & MaintenanceI called Adalberto to have him inspect and sweep the chimney on my old wood stove. I have had several local companies come to do this over many years, but Adalberto by far did the best job and was the most knowledgeable. He brought in tarps to put down from the front door to the stove, so he wouldn't get anything in the house dirty. He also used a large vacuum to clean inside the stove and out. He cleaned the stove pipe from inside the stove, which I had never seen anyone do before. He checked the stove pipes with a camera to see if there were any damages to the pipes and inspected the pipes on the roof also. He paid great attention to detail. He went the extra mile to answer my questions and was very courteous. This company was highly recommended to me by a property managing company that uses this company extensively. Though I didn't use this company for anything other than chimney sweeping, I would feel very comfortable using their services for the many other things that this company does. This is a family run and owned company. They are licensed, bonded and insured. FProRelo Interstate-Agent for Bekins Van Lines IncThe packing was on time as well as the delivery. Upon arrival in Pagosa Springs the driver and help became concerned that it was going to snow that evening. They did not cover the carpet an tracked in dirt. The flat screen TV was not packed properly and the display panel was broken on both sides. This was verified by the TV repair inspector they sent. When we filed the claim for the TV on the insurance that Bekins sold us they changed the diagnosis from their repair person and denied the claim. This was an expensive Sony Flat screen TV. Obviously Bekin's has now decided to lie and cheat so they do not have to pay claims.- Bruce A.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.
