AI needed a 24-hour emergency care place, and they were excellent. I had to take him in at 11 o'clock at night and they were wonderful. That's the only time I ever used them. Well, he ingested Christmas chocolate. They gave him something to vomit it out and then they dug through the vomit to get the packaging. The packaging was still in tact, so they could see how many grams were in the pack he ate.I think that's extraordinary, I would never go dig through vomiting myself, so they did that. I think it was $100; it was very reasonable for what they did. I would've easily paid three times that amount just to save my best friend. He got into a dark chocolate bar that I had got for Christmas, and I didn't even know he could've done that. I thought oh my gosh he can't have chocolate! I had to quickly find a place that was open 24/7 and believe it or not there are very few places that are open 24/7.- Jennifer B.

ABeen taking my dog to the Dog Spot weekly for 6 months. She absolutely loves it! Owners, Ben and Shannon, are wonderful and the facilities are clean and quiet. You would never know that dogs are even there.

AWe were in a bind and needed a pet sitter with a couple of days. Megan, the owner of Must Love Fur come to our house, meet our pets, and accommodated our short notice needs. With her loving nature of animals, respect for our home, and professionalism we know we where in good hands. Upon returning from our trip we founds note pertaining to our pets day, a clean home, and mail waiting for us to open. I will be using her pet service again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional pet service.

BOur experience is that some of the categories are limited and we have maxed out some of the health categories. There's very good about tracking claims, responding to claims and paying claims. Which is the reason we keep them specially for a dog, pretty expensive policy. I have been thinking about canceling that policy, when we first got the policy when our dog was still a puppy, 11 years ago. And every time I tell them that I wanted to cancel, he would have an injury that has encountered potentially substantial cost and the insurance company has paid enough of the time to make sure the policy was worth. Some people might find that a little expensive and choose to self insure. It's the same company that you would do the same thing to yourself, you can choose different kinds of policy that cover different things, different customer.- Kristin K.

AWe have generally had very good experiences here for both day care and boarding. The owners are very conscientious--toward the dogs, the customers, and apparently the staff. This appears to set the tone. They take care to keep animals and people safe by screening new dogs attending the facility, asking that owners leash dogs in the parking lot and shop, working to carefully hire and train a dedicated staff that is friendly and competent, etc. If there are any illnesses that could potentially be transmitted, we get a communication with updates and courses of action being taken. This doesn't happen often, but there appears to be a plan when things do go wrong. A professional shop.
Most staffers know our dog and his quirks and needs, and he responds positively to them. Staff worked over several boarding stints to find a way to get our dog to eat, which he does not readily do when boarded; some staff apparently took extra care to mix "special" food and find a routine that worked. Our dog is also intermittently leash reactive, meaning he gets a bit unsettled and growly when on leash and meeting new dogs; the current staff seems to manage this in stride, generally keeping everyone calm and unstressed. Most staffers seem to know both dogs (generically) and each dog (personally), if not the owners--who may be less important in this case.
Since we have used Divine Canine's services for several years, we have worked with some staff we liked and agreed with better than others. I think this is to be expected. Likewise, we did have an incident several years ago in which our dog broke his tail against some fencing and ultimately needed medical treatment. But, we have--or, more specifically, our dog has--had similar intermittent bumps at other facilities as well. The productive atmosphere around these incidents at Divine Canine has kept us returning, if not immediately, after a "rest" period.
In terms of pricing, Divine Canine appears, in my experience, to be less expensive than some facilities in the area for day care and boarding, although I'm sure some would find them expensive as well. In the shop, they stock a limited array of premium food and treat products, but appear to have researched their brands, which they modify occasionally, and be committed to what they offer. They have been able to offer suggestions when I have needed help with a particular issue (e.g., food sensitivities). I value Divine Canine as an ongoing resource.

AIt went very well. Jordan fed the cats twice a day as well as gave them some attention. She also provided us updates via email on how the cats were adjusting. They were shy at first, but she was able to get them to respond to her. The cats were well and the litter boxes clean when we cam home.
Jordan also recognized there was a problem with the aquarium toward the end of our trip and arranged to have our emergency
backup for the aquarium come out and fix the tank. We only lost a couple of fish instead of the whole tank.
Finally, Jordan gave the house a lived in look with opening and closing blinds, keeping the doorstep clean of flyers, and kept in touch with our neighbors so they knew what was going on.

AThese guys are great. I have a very playful dog and a rather fragile dog. They each get their needs met. The staff has always been very friendly, professional and caring about my dogs' needs. The staff goes above and beyond the basics to attend to any special client requests. They give my fragile dog pasture walks, as well as integrating her into playcare with the other dogs when possible. At the end of the day I get "report cards" for the dogs which is an extra perk.
I also boarded my cat here for a week (first time my cat had ever been to boarding). They were great about the care. The only (small) downside was that they didn't call me when a potential issue arose, but they were handling the situation very well, so there was no problem -- when I called, they were very upfront about the possible issue and what they were doing to prevent it from becoming an actual issue.
I would board and daycare my cats and dogs here any time.
Although I have to drive an extra 30 minutes each way to drop my dogs at this daycare facility, it is worth it in terms of price and quality of service.- Pam C. -
AJasper Animal Hospital is an excellent place for animal health care. Our last visit was an urgent one but they were more than willing to accommodate us. They gave my pet some medicines and she is fine now. They follow up with a phone call in a day or two to see how the pet is doing. They send us reminders when its time for the next appointment. They provide excellent service. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their office is very clean. The doctors, the technicians and the people behind the desk are all extremely helpful. They are very good. I think that their prices are competitive. I would continue to use their services in the future.- Carm S.

ADr. Lisa Barlow started the clinic. We were one of the first clients when she opened her practice. She was by herself then. They are wonderful. They are so professional, so friendly and so animal oriented. We've been seeing her for at least 20 years and we won't go to anyone else. There have been times when we couldn't afford the procedures that were needed. About three years ago we adopted a kitty from the humane society and found out after we adopted her that she needed a lot of dental work that they didn't tell us about. Because we were long time clients Lisa worked out a payment plan and did the work and discounted the cost. We have never ever had a bad experience. We wouldn?t go anywhere else.- David M.
