CCDS EngineeringWhen I called CDS about surveying my property, they basically said "Sure, when would you like us to come out?". After being blown off by several other local surveyors, I was glad to find them. They arrived promptly, exactly when they said they would. The surveyors did a nice job, despite a constant battle with unreliable old GPS equipment (which quit working completely shortly before the job should have been completed on the first day). If you use CDS, be sure and nail down the price beforehand; I didn't -- my mistake -- and ended up paying $250 per hour.- Ken S.

FIntermill Land Surveying IncI called Intermill when searching for a company to do a boundary survey. Rob was personable and said they would like the job, and set a date of September 15th. Well, 9/15 came and went, and nothing. I called them and was told that they were still coming, they had just been very busy. This pattern continued, and long story short, after three times of being told that Rob would call me back and three times of him not so, I found somebody else. By accepting my job and then blowing me off, Intermill delayed my project by a couple of months.- Ken S.

BHave not yet received written report, but due tomorrow. This was consult only so no work done. PE informed that if work was to be done my HOA must approve and choose company to perform work. HOA also pays for work if determined necessary. I personally paid for consult because wanted outside opinion from that of HOA maintenance engineer.
