When we called him back because of a discrepancy in the bill and to do some caulking which his crew missed, he was VERY fair and handled it very professionally. The contractor that they have for the installation did an outstanding job putting the windows and door in without any problems. They were very professional and efficient. The clean up was great!! ANew Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased both with him and the company he works for, so much so that we have recommended New Windows to a local friend and our daughter in Cincinnati, both of whom are looking to install new windows in their homes. It's nice to know that New Windows stands by their product/warranty even 10 yrs. after installation!

ABockmann Custom Construction re-sided most of my house recently. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. Tom Bockmann (the owner) is hands on. He was very responsive to my needs, always doing whatever it took make sure I was satisfied. His bid was very competitive and he did not ever try to add on $ after ever request. He couldn't have been more fair. The quality of the work performed exceeded my expectations. He completed my project on time and within budget. I have always gotten at least 3 bids when doing any project, but if I ever have a need for any construction again, I'll only call Tom." He's my guy".

AThe paint job was done quickly and with tremendous professionalism. Javier, the President of the company, was very easy to work with and when we wanted to add additional work, he made it happen over the phone. Jose' performed the paint job and he was very careful to cover floors and other areas before doing the job. Jose' did an outstanding job. We hope to hire them again in a few months for further interior painting.
