Awesome! Our refrigerator freezer quit and we were at the mercy of recommendations. We were given Jake's name who upon calling came and looked at freezer promptly. He got it working for us and then came back with the part. He had given us a quote but came and did the work and actual bill was less than quote. We would use again...though hope we don't have to for awhile. Thanks Jake!

I had been having trouble with my Samsung washing machine for a while when I reached out to see if Mike could take a look at it. They fit me in the next day, he was on time, was obviously very knowledgeable about my problem and took the time to break it down for me. Local Motive has my business for any and all appliance repairs!

We highly recommend Mike, he was great, professional and prompt. He did some trouble shooting first to see if he could get the ice maker to work without ordering parts. He found the issue and said he would be back to replace get it going. We had some broken parts on the door replaced as well. What a refreshing and wonderful experience. Love working with these people!!!!

    Local Motive Appliance Pros
Excellent! It is so nice to know I have an appliance repair company that is reliable, quick to respond and does not try to "upsell" services needed. Mike is very honest and his services are very reasonable. On a previous separate call for our washer, Mike fixed an issue that 2 prior companies had attempted to repair. He fixed the problem his first time out. I highly recommend Local Motive Appliance!

Todd arrived on time, was very easy to work with, my husband had just had hernia surgery two days before so he couldn't move anything. Todd got right to work and within a short while knew what our problem was, we needed a new motor control board. He wrote up a summarized report which we appreciated, it was thorough and gave us the information we needed to decide if we wanted to replace the part or buy a new machine. When we had a couple of questions, Brie, the lady who answered our calls, was super nice to work with and helped us figure out what we needed to do. We would definitely recommend Appliance Artisan to anyone looking for a company you feel safe coming into your home and being honest with you and working with you patiently if you have questions.

I don’t have a problem with the repair man. He was very nice. My problem is with Angie’s List. I put in my zip code and was quoted $45 for a service call. The repair man the let us know it would be $100 after I had prepaid $45. Will not use Angie’s list again

Todd showed up on time, was able to troubleshoot the problem, and tested the washing cycle several times before he left to make sure the fix was working.

It went well except for the delivery of parts being slow over the Thanksgiving weekend. That was out of J&D's control though.

    Weld County Appliance
CG (or CJ) came to the house again. He confirmed, after some diagnostics, that one of the motors was bad. (The unit would fill and drain water, but it would circulate or "swish" the water around.) He related that the motor would be $240, plus $95 for labor. On his way out, he told me that I should call Whirlpool and complain to them that my year and a half old dishwasher was broken. He said that they might do something; but, maybe not. So, I called Whirlpool. After doing some complaining and explaining (and the fact that I had purchased several Whirlpool appliances) they agreed to pay for the part. However, the key was that I had to use one of their "authorized service repair companies" and Weld County Appliance is not on the list. I reluctantly agreed. So, I had to call Weld County Appliance back and inform them and tell them not to order the part. I spoke directly with CG and he asked me to pay for the "house call" at $58 which I gladly agreed to pay for. His suggestion, after all, saved me from having to spend $240 on the part! What can I say, a great company! I highly recommend Weld County Appliance!
