  I had an area about 81ft by 110 ft that was nothing but weeds and dirt. Dave turned it into a beautiful dry creek river bed with Blue Spruce trees an ornamental trees, flowers beds, areas for more shrubs. It’s is a great area for our dogs and I love it. He added a drip system for the plants and the curve to the dry riverbed stream with large boulders, river rock and smaller pebble rock for the dogs to walk on makes them happy and me happy. I definitely plan on using this company in the future. Dave worked with me to ensure I got the type of plants and landscaping I wanted. In a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I give them a 10.

  It went very well in terms of listening to what I wanted as well as sharing expertise as to what might be best for the tree or shrub, its characteristics, etc. The only reason I gave a B in quality (and it would be A- or B+ if there was that choice) was because they didn't follow through on consistency with one shrub after I asked that two others in the same grouping be further trimmed. To be fair, I didn't notice until after they left, and I didn't call back to ask them to do that. I would still definitely hire them again!

  I contracted with them to do the work and next day express mailed a check to the renter to be given to them upon completion. Despite saying they would start the work in three days, they delayed the work for three weeks. They then apparently got into an argument with the renter and cut off all contact with the renter or myself. After two months I was finally able to get them to answer the phone and was told that the refuse to do the work. They never called me to cancel the contract or let me know that I needed another contractor. This situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and I would not recommend that anyone work with them in the future.

  Amir is great! He is a man with high integrity. He is knowledgable about horticulture. And he is prompt and careful. We hired him to take care of our yard bimonthly for $220. What ever we need and we pay extra if we have him do more. Very reliable

  He was only working for about an hour. He only did some of the work because he wanted to come back to do the higher branches. He didn't have the proper equipment. He used my ladder, rack, etc. He was suppose to come out this morning (7/11/16) to finish the job and didn't show up. I called the phone number on the paper work and his daughter said he was on the way. He never showed up. He insisted I pay him cash for the work too. I reported him to the Police Department, they ran his license plate number and they didn't find the plate registered.

  Avalos Tree Service took down a very large tree on our property. We were so impressed by their services! They were very responsive, personally answered our call, provided an esimate within 45 min. Which was beyond fair for the size of the project, several hundred to one thousand less than competitor's bids. The were prompt and worked quickly. They left the property so clean, no debris, no branches, spotless of tree removal! I would hire these guys again and highly recommend their services.

  Bought new tree August 8th,  planted it and called to have that tree serviced also. Waited approximately 2 weeks to get someone to show up. Lawn doctor rep called me on 24th and said they had me scheduled for 26th. Service technician shows up to service the lawn instead. Called their office and lady I spoke with was not nice at all. Claimed they did me a big favor "EXPEDITING" the lawn service I never requested in the first place. Tony the technician who showed up to my house was very professional and kind,but after talking with the customer service rep I decided to cancel my account. And she seemed very happy to do just that.

  They had scheduled for one day to do the job, but due to inclement weather that was due on that date they called to schedule for the prior day.  They came at the time they indicated and were done cleaned up and gone within 37 minutes.  I was very pleased with their overall professionalism and speed with which they completed the job.  Even though they were a little more expensive than some of the other services from whom we received estimates, the extra money was well worth it in my opinion.

  I feel confident that I have the sumac infestation under control, for now.  My small jungle is now a dirt patch.  Exactly as I wanted to begin landscaping.

  From the first contact made with AAA and the workers, I recognized a knowledge and professionalism about them. The price was fair and the work done in a reasonable amount of time.  There was no clean-up problem.
