  • Not well at all. Will never recommend Sears. One tech charged $ 230 and did not fix issue. 2nd tech was extremely rude and unprofessional, which wanted to charge extra couple hundred dollars and could not guarantee to fix problem... For amount paid, could have purchased a new or nearly new dryer. No thank you, Sears!!

  • I was not home when the gentleman arrived but my mother's care giver was. She stated the gentleman was friendly and very professional. He did a quick look at the dryer and then had Amanda call me. He told me there was nothing wrong with the dryer, but that my outlet was only getting 120 volts instead of 220. Stated he was not an electrician but figured i was a bad breaker or broken wire and suggested I call an electrician. I am grateful to All Brands for their honest and professional service. They could have very easily said there was something major wrong and charged me a great deal. Instead they were honest and up front about the problem. I didn;t mind paying the small amount they asked to come out and check for me.

  • Frank was on time to a Pueblo West location.  He had to travel from Canon City, CO which is about 30 miles.  He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable with all appliances he worked on.  The service was excellent and I would use this provider again in a heartbeat.

  • I called for service first thing Monday morning. Scheduler was very friendly and efficient. Schedule service for afternoon of the following day. Service tech called before arriving and was able to trouble shoot problem and get it repaired in under an hour. Price was great, service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  • Called Action Appliance on Friday afternoon about 4:30. The lady said that a repair tech would be to me within 4 hours. I had not asked for a tech that late on a friday PM but they offered it anyway.  The Technician (Mike) should up in about 2 hours and quickly discovered that the belt was bad on the dryer and had slipped out of place. He put the belt back on so the dryer would work and said he would return on Monday with a new belt. Late monday afternoon Mike returned and put on the new belt. He did an excellant  job and left the utility room in good shape. Will be happy to use this company in the future.

  • He identified the entry point of the water, sealed it, performed some minor repair of the concrete tiles on the roof that allowed the leak to occur. Then after the inside dry wall dried he arraigned the drywall repairman to perform the restoration. We cannot tell the difference between the replaced area and the original drywall. Very very happy with his work.

  • After arriving he identified the torn front seal (which is plain to see) and told my wife it was $300 for that seal. Even though replacements are available for as low as $50. Then he assessed the drum bearing was seizing and going out. At that point he said it can not be reapired. This entire event took less then 30 min and he actually told my wife front loaders aren't worth his time and to throw them out and buy a top loader. After the news of a repair in excess of $300 that he said he wouldn't do anyway, and telling my wife to throw out our expensive machines and go buy replacemnt one he still charged the service fee. Felt it was a total rip off. I could have said all the same things and saved the money. I will never recommend these people again. Ended up calling a second repair man for a second opinion, free of change.

  • When I initially called I found the office woman to be rather rude. I tried calling around to other places in town but no one was able to get us in a reasonable amount of time. My husband called back and scheduled the service and said she was more polite to him. The repair man was wonderful. He was helpful and thoughtful. Although it seemed like the freezer may be kaput he tried and quot;one last thingand quot; which ended up fixing the freezer. I would give them a A-. The service was great but the office could use a little customer service training.

  • It went great. We called on a Saturday morning left Voice Mail. Our called was return Saturday Afternoon. Made Appointment for early Tuesday morning. Call when he was about 15 minute away. Came a little early. Troubleshot the symptom, said it was the pump. he had a replacement in his truck. Replaced pump. Checked out everything, Cleaned up the mess. and was on his way in about 45 minutes total.

  • Called to see if someone could come out to look at my dryer. The lady asked what brand and I advised it was an LG. She said they don't work on LG brands. Asked if they knew who does and she said I would just have to call around. Not very helpful.So much for that.
