    I was very impressed with Dave's knowledge and skill!  Beyond tuning, he was able to diagnose other issues, offering and applying remedies for the smaller ones on that day.  He clearly showed me problem areas, always asking for my approval before proceeding with a fix.  The additional work I authorized added only minimal cost to the total.  His knowledge of the history of our particular piano was also very interesting and revealing.  He was kind, thoughtful, low-key, but professional.

    It went worse than I could have imagined.

    Let me start with the fact that I have documented lies from them, I have lost my insurance because of them, and I am in the hole about $5000 because of their service.

    They met with the current renters once and where not clear so they were constantly still calling me. 

    They then began showing the property and were not sending me any correspondence.  Once confronted they began sending me emails of a weekly status.  During these status they would say I showed the property 4 times for example.  Twice I confronted them that the renter said they were not contacted.  They would then inform me that "Oh, it must have been a typo, we did not show it at all that week:"  This was a constant theme to tell you what you want to hear (lie). 

    Next the renters moved out and they did not collect anything from them, keys or garage door openers etc...

    I then asked them to have someone fix up the place (paint etc...) and after 1 full week nothing was done.  Once confronted again they finally sent someone over 3 days later.

    Lastly, when this person showed up, he called me because one of my pipes had froze.  Upon my arrival to the house I found that they had the heat completely turned Off.  They had not checked the property since the renters moved out once.

    We are in court discussing losses now.

    It went exceptionally well.  They sent an email with questions and in about a little over a week I got  the cover letter, resume', and thank you letter back.  I was pleasantly surprised at how the resume' looked.  I was able to use it as a template.

    I'm highly impressed by Jack's expertise, professionalism, courtesy, price and overall attentiveness....
    When the problem started it quickly grew worse over the course of several weeks.  I had a similar problem with this television before that would have cost me about $300 to fix but thankfully it was under warranty at the time.  When I 'reluctantly' called ARA I was expecting sticker shock that would have made it very easy to consider buying a new television.  Jack arrived at our house at the time he said he would, he put shoe covers on (which I greatly appreciated since we ask all of our guests to remove there shoes when they come into our home), helped my wife get the TV off of it's wall mount (since I was at work)  and proceeded to successfully fix the television.  What really surprised me was incredibly reasonable repair cost.  I'm a professional and freelance tech geek and admittedly know nothing about the circuitry in television.  I promise you this, Jack knows TV's!
    When the problem surfaced again he came out the second time, this time on a Saturday within three hours of the call.  I was even more impressed, he was running a few minutes late and he gave me a courtesy call way ahead of time, showed up, covered up the shoes, spent the better part of two hours on my TV, left my house with the TV in working order, helped me put it back on the wall and this time at no charge.
    In a word: integrity.  An attribute that is all too uncommon today.  I will absolutely call ARA for television repairs in the future and will recommend Jack to friends and family.

    The owner is impossible to get ahold of. I gave them plenty of notice when I vacated, and I was told I would get my deposit back. I moved out 10/31/12, and since then I had been told that they would credit my credit card. That didn’t happen for two months after they didn’t refund credit card, I told them I was getting ready to move. I asked them to just give me cash as a refund. She told me that would not be a problem. When I when by (twice), there was no one there. Then I started bugging them, and they were supposed to send me a check.  I moved and I gave them the new contact information, and they said a check would be in the mail. After 10days I called them again, there has been nothing but excuses since, and I still have yet to receive my deposit. I would not recommend them.

    We wanted an excellent quality arrangement for my son's girlfriend's
    Sweet 16 Birthday Party. I have never ordered quality flowers from a
    local florist before so I looked to Angie's List for help. Although
    their 2 previous reviews are a little older, I was convinced to give
    Gentry's a try. WOW was that the right choice!
    I told Marie, the owner of Gentry's, the theme colors and they knocked it our of the park. The arrangement
    looked beautiful when it was delivered, but it looks AMAZING today, the
    next day. I wish I could share a picture of it. Thank you for the
    wonderful arrangement, the on-time delivery, and the excellent customer

    The renters moved out and they didn't tell us, trees dieed, they didn't tell us, they didn't check on the new renters and when they moved out the house was dirty, they had brokes some items, the grass was dead the carpet was not cleaned and yet they gave them their full refund. They also refused to do a walk thru with us. We had to take them to court.

    Ed's Mobile Sharpening
    He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional and offered me some great advice over the phone concerning the quality of the equipment I was using. He also provided advice concerning possible alternatives for the clippers I use. It was only a one day turn around to sharpen the blades after I dropped them off at his business. They work perfectly and make our dog grooming process much easier. I am very satisfied with his services.

    FBB provides decent installation but poor on-going cable tv/internet/phone service. I chose this company over others (Comcast, Satellite TV) due to the cost. However, I am paying for a service that only works for most of the time. Analog signal is poor, they claim many more HD channels than are available, and work takes down the service for hours without any warning. Other issues such as poor daytime reception and periods of pixellation on digital channels have been irritating. If you are looking to pay less than other "chain" companies, then please expect less, especially with this company. I would estimate that the services I pay for are rendered about 90% of the time that I want to take advantage of them--combining the TV, cable, and phone outages. Three calls to report a channel (HD Outdoor Channel) having poor video quality and no sound have gone unanswered perhaps that's because they were combined with reporting an outage of the TV or internet. Avoid this company.
