    It was great I had a idea of what i wanted was told by others that it was to cold here to use a heat pump. Custom Climate Professionals LLC jumped right on board with what i was looking for. we have a large solar unit. that supply's electric so going electric was what i wanted. we now have a great Trane 3 ton XV18 variable speed heat pump with Tam9 Air handler includes backup electrical heat strip kit. Trane perfect fit air purifier/filtration . Aprilaire 700a whole home humidifier. It works great. House is cool all day we have had weeks of 90 and above weather its nice and cool with very little energy use. looking forward to see how it works in winter we had a few cold days It worked well. looking forward to the energy savings come winter. The service has been the best. Best part no propane this is a company you can trust

    Sierra Mechanical
    Originally scheduled furnace service at 9 AM on Nov. 3rd. Sierra Mech. Serviceman did not show at all. I received no call from Sierra Mech. to explain, and my calls to them were not answered. Finally got in touch with Sierra Mech Nov. 6th. Rescheduled service for Nov. 22. Serviceman shows up more than 4 hrs late. Sierra Mech insisted additional service was required on my furnace, but they did not have time to do it during their Nov. 22nd service call because it was "to late", after showing up more than 4 HOURS LATE to the appointment! So, I went ahead and scheduled another service call Dec. 1st. On Dec. 1, the Sierra Mechanical serviceman shows up at 3:15PM for the 9:00 AM appointment - More than 6 hours late. He claims he called, but (1) I received no calls from ANYONE identifying themselves as an employee of Sierra Mechanical, (2) claiming to have called is not an excuse for failing to show up as scheduled; Not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. Sierra mechanical has ZERO RESPECT for customers. To date I HAVE LOST AT LEAST 18 HOURS of WORK BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO SHOW UP!

    We hired this company when it was construction pros. The work was carried over to their new company Custom Construction Services with Barbara Martinez as the owner. They were hired to replace the roof, gutters, windows, paint and fix other small items. We had the roof done over a year after we hired them. The roof was not done well and we had to call them back to fix it as it wouldnt pass inspection. She told me it finally did but we never seen a report. She refused to pay the roofer and told me it was for a little over 800. SHe stated that the roofer called her a fat B@#ch over and over and was very rude. She stated that they didnt complete the work, but how can it pass if the work wasnt done. We were in the process of selling our house and found out that the roofing company put a lien on our property for over 8000 that Barbara Martinez didnt pay to them. She stated there was no lein against the property and She stated she would take care of it and their was nothing to worry about. She also gave me her attorney's number who is Carl Burg. He stated she had to spend 750 dollars to fix the roof and will not pay the roofers for defective work. I still have his voice mail. She did not take care of it as in she didnt pay for it. I paid Barbara Martinez over 10000 dollars to do the job. When we closed on our house I had to cover over 13000k, which was 1 1/2 times the lien out of my money. So I paid the 10k plus to Barbara Marintez and 13k to cover the lien. So she has pocketed the 10k+ and the work was never completed and I am out an additional 13k. I called over and over to get the work done and they wouldnt return my calls. I called her attorney and he stated that Barbara Martinez is not inclined to pay the lien. I am also filing a compliant at the BBB and hiring an attorney. Please beware.

    They responded quickly and replaced. Found out a year later when trying to sell my house that they didn't pull permits. I got them to pull them and both inspections failed. They are telling me they can't fix for 5 days. Very unhappy.

      J osh discussed possible problems and solutions with me, and was patient with me while I decided what I wanted to do. He explained what various parts do and how they affect the performance of the heater. He also told me the cost of everything and worked to fix the problem with as little cost to me as possible. He even made a second trip out to my house, which is out of town, without charging me extra, because he didn't have one of the parts he needed. He got the heater fixed before a blizzard hit, and I didn't have to worry about my pipes freezing or waking up to a cold house.  Thank you, Josh!

    Called Jim, (All American Heating and AC, LLC) and from my description of the noise, he was pretty sure he knew that the problem was the induction motor. I gave him the serial number for the heater, and he was able to give me an approx. price for the repair and part over the phone. I agreed, and he went and picked up the part, then came out and had the heater fixed thesame day. He went above and beyond in my opinion.

    They came out and did exactly what the ad stated. They are very nice. They even called and followed-up. We have since sold that house and moved to another state, but that service was great. It worked out fantastic. We could not be happier. That was a fantastic experience, one of the better ones I had. He is very professional, quick response, follow-up, good to talk to, and easy to work with.

    I called on a Monday morning and received a call back shortly. We set up an appointment for a few hours later and they showed up on time. Super happy about not waiting all day. We went through all the problems I had and came up with a plan to replace the AC, furnace, humidifer and water heater. All of the components are of good quality. No fly by night appliances. They did an estimate on the spot and then the told me that they could get me done the next day. I was sooooo happy. It was extremely hot out and we were miserable. They showed up the next morning on time which was 9 am. They had all 4 components installed by 2:30 pm. I was amazed at the speed this was accomplished. The install was professional and clean. The house was cooled down in a matter of hours. The owner of the company called and made sure we were happy with everything and asked me if I had any questions and made sure that I knew that if I had any problems to let him know so that it could be fixed. Everything had a warranty. I highly recommend that you use this company. They are by far the best company/home contractor I have ever used. They will be providing me with their HVAC services anytime I require them.

    my furnace died in the evening of a blizzard and Jim came out the next morning to look at it.  The unit was 28 years old and the parts were unavailable because of its age so he had to get a new one for me.  the next morning the install was done and even though there were a few inconvenience with the size of my crawl space and a different part having to be picked up they stayed very kind and positive.  The price was far less than I expected, too.  The new furnace is very pretty and works like a dream!  Awesome job!
